A beautiful apartment in Goch-Kessel. In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. Idyllically located apartment in the countryside. Great starting point for various cycling tours around the Lower Rhine. Beautiful old mansion's house from 1870 was lovingly restored and modernized where needed. The apartment is on the ground floor. In the summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the nuclear water wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, Römerstadt Xanten and Anholt Castle.

The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

Comfortable rural vacation home "Limes" for 2-4 people in nature reserve De Gelderse Poort. Located along a country road, in the middle of a green area near the Rijnstrangen nature reserve. The ideal base for wonderful hiking and cycling trips in the surrounding nature reserves or in the river landscape with its winding (car-free) dikes. Fully equipped (climate system, luxuriously equipped kitchen, WiFi) so you can enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

Apartment on the Niers

Nothing stands in the way of relaxation in our cozy apartment. In the spacious living room is the sofa bed with extra topper. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. If you like to travel in nature, whether by bike, on foot or even sporty on the Niers, this is the place to be. For a trip with the sup on the Niers, we offer the entrance directly in the garden and if you don't have your own board, you can borrow one from us.

In December 2016 we completed our modern holiday home for 2 families. This one is in the attic and is 45m2. House is located in a quiet location surrounded by a lot of nature. The Niers is about 700m away and invites you to hike, cycle and paddle. In the vicinity about 200 m there is a large swimming and natural outdoor pool with a great sauna area.
