AN EXTRAORDINARY BREEZE

Our place is designed in the style of a boutique hotel. Every member of our family has put in a lot of effort. At the end of a long and laborious period, a happy and joyful work emerged. Our building has 3 rooms that are entered independently from the stair tower. Each room has its own bathroom, toilet and balcony, and 2 rooms have a mini suite kitchen. The rooms are on the ground floor, 1st Floor and Attic 2nd floor. We also have a room in Bodrum, but we didn't put it on the list We have a pool and a full KITCHEN & dining area by the pool

Tinton's House by Shaman

Tinton is a nickname, my brother-in-law's grandfather's nickname. Shaman is the name of our boutique, our first and biggest business in commercial life. The restoration/renovation of the house was completed in October 2022, it was furnished with great care and elegance. A combination of 2 apartments, also used independently, at a central point. You can't drive into the street. You climb 80 steps to the house. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.

Villa has open kitchen with modern equipments,saloon,one bathroom,one bedroom and jacuzzi.But possible to stay up to 4 pax,also we have crib and 2 sofa bed in saloon Göcek'te yeni inşaa edilen villamız Balca,balayı çiftleri için dizayn edilmiştir. Tamamen müstakil izole havuzludur.Çekirdek aile olarakta misafirlerimizi kabul ediyoruz. Evimizde 1 adet çift kişilik yatak,bebek yatağı,2 adette salonda kanepe mevcuttur.

Fethiye Faralyada yer alan villamız doğanın içerisene kurulmuş Çukuryurt plajına 5 dk yürüme mesafasinde kumsalda kendine özgü şelalesi bulunan çevre dostu bir villadır.(elektriğini güneş panelinden suyunu kaynak yeraltı suyundan sağlamaktadır) 1.katta açıkmutfak ve salon şeklide olup 2.kat çift kişilik yatak odasıdır.İstendiği taktirde 1.katta kanepe açılarak 4kişiye kadar kalınabilinir.Villamızın yantarafında küçük bahçesi ön tarafında teras ve havuzunda keyifli vakit geçirebilirsiniz

Our 3 +1 twin villas in Ölüdeniz Ovacık Neighborhood have a capacity of 6 people with a private entrance and a shared pool. Our villa is an ideal choice for a large family or two families. Our villa is a new building. Our furniture was bought new and was used last season. It is a magnificent holiday villa close to the city center and surrounded by nature. The pool is used by 3 villas. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Our pool is sheltered, only the sunbed area can be seen a little from the surroundings. The villa is 3 km from Aktaş Beach, 5-6 km from Kabak Beach, 9-10 km from Kıdrak Beach and 13 km from Ölüdeniz Beach. The market and restaurants are 5 minutes away by car. The pool is not heated and is 8 meters long and 3.5 meters wide.
