On the mezzanine there is a large bedroom for 6 people. The total area of the cottage is about 60 m2. The cottage is year-round, with central heating and air conditioning. The house is located in the village of Rybitwy next to Józefów on the Vistula River. The property has a gazebo with barbecue facilities, a playground, a game room, and a fire pit. Bikes are also available. Nearby are the Wyżnica and Wisła rivers, where kayaking is organized.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 5 rooms (sleeping areas: 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds, 6 single beds and 2 single beds with an extra bed. Additional fees apply for sauna and hot tub.
