Great apartment – exactly as described! This is a small, quiet flat located on the outskirts of Warsaw, in Wilanów – a calm and safe area near the Wilanów Palace. It’s about 30 minutes by tram to the city centre, so while it may not be ideal for classic sightseeing tourists, it’s perfect if you’re in town for business or visiting family and friends. The neighbourhood is peaceful but still offers good restaurants and convenient public transport connections. The apartment itself is just like in the photos – clean, quiet, and well-kept. Karolina is a fantastic host: very responsive and helpful. I forgot a personal item, and she immediately arranged everything so I could get it back. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this fantastic house over the winter holiday period, and it will undoubtedly remain one of our most cherished memories. Every detail was so thoughtfully planned! Communication was excellent, and Grazyna and Jim were incredibly kind, even surprising us with a lovely New Year’s gift. I highly recommend this place. If you have kids, they’ll love it here too! There’s plenty of space for them to play, both indoors and outdoors, as well as a great selection of board games to enjoy. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay at your wonderful home! We really enjoyed and appreciated our stay in Paulina's beautiful appartement. Very tastefully decorated, cozy, super clean, comfortable beds, all equipment available. It was perfect for our young family! The area is really well connected to central Warsaw by train and bus so we didn't need to use a car. Paulina and Sebastien were extremely good and proactive with the communication and made sure we had all we needed. Our stay from booking to check out went super smoothly. And we got to spend Xmas close to family this way. We will definitely stay here again and recommend their place wholeheartedly! Huge thanks to you both for enabling us to have such a hassle free and wonderful stay!

A very nice cottage in a charming forest. A perfect place for, like me, looking for peace and quiet, even for writing a treat;) In winter, a fairytale view from the window like in the Bieszczady Mountains. The cottage exactly as the generation of the current 40-year-olds spent the best vacation of their lives, only well renovated. I highly recommend!

Despite being winter, the warm atmosphere made the place feel cozy and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tomasz’s parents, whose kindness and hospitality made our stay truly special. They were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The house exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully decorated with vintage pieces from the 1970s, and full of entertainment options. It was the perfect place to both unwind and have fun, whether we were relaxing in the Jacuzzi and sauna or exploring the themed room and playroom. It was a truly wonderful stay!

Catherine's place was very nice. The house was clean and had an equipped kitchen. Place to park and dearly near to Seroc where you can do groceries. I would totally recommend others to be hosted by Catherine, she was very kind and attentive. We will definitely will be back
