The apartment is fully equipped. The block is monitored. The advantage is also its location. It is located away from busy streets, but close to, for example, a shopping mall (800 m), a sports hall at Struga Street (200 m), or Leśniczówka Park (200 m). The distance to the railway and bus stations is about 2000m.

The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.
