The 60 sqm house has 2 bedrooms and a room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. During your stay, you can use the mini playground for children (on the plot), your own climbing wall. 500 m from the plot of the lake, where you can do all the water sports. Very well connected to the city center. Around bike paths through fields and forests.

On the same level, there is a photography studio, rehearsal room, and painting studio. There are two rooms, a large kitchen, a toilet with a shower, a private terrace.
