The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. Lock house surrounded on both sides by lawn overlooking the canal; house located at the entrance to the "tranchée des bagnards". 100 m from a nautical base but unfortunately this year the department decided not to open it. Direct access to hiking trails and mountain bike trails (canal and wood). Accommodation located 3 km from local shops: grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria, bistro.
