Welcome to our newly-built vacation home in scenic Vemdalskalet! With proximity to the ski slope and a stone's throw from cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and snowshoe trails. The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

Fristående lägenhet (handikappanpassad) centralt i Härjedalens hjärta, Linsell. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng (och spjälsäng), samt två enkelsängar i vardagsrummet. Fyra sovplatser totalt. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår! TV och Internet (wifi), badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Kök med allt som behövs. Uteplats och fri parkering. I Linsell finns bra fiskevatten och underbar natur alldeles runt knuten, samt att byn ligger mitt emellan två stora skidanläggningar i Lofsdalen och Vemdalen/Björnrike.

Scenic and idyllic location in a forest glade where you can hear the Ljusnan river rushing further away. 5-minute walk to one of Sweden's best trout fishing, a little further away, Rånden runs, one of Sweden's best trout waters. To the ski resorts Vemdalen, Björnrike and Lofsdalen, it takes just over 30 minutes by car to go. The area is also popular for snowmobiling. Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.

Perfect accommodation for those of you who want to enjoy relaxation and nature in the mountains. Cross-country trails and hiking trails pass through the area and the ski slopes are a couple of minutes' drive away. There is room for 4 guests and it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation with comfortable beds, a fireplace and sauna.
