National Park open! Stay off one of the only access roads to the river. Enjoy the first floor of my house with a private entrance. A bird watcher's paradise! Kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. It is in a residential area with plenty of trees and wildlife. Fastest WiFi available in the area!The house lies within 10 minutes of all the major attractions. It is just off 19 which takes you to all points South and North. Close to ACE and National Scouting center. One of lowest priced!

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.

Cabin 2 has everything you need for a comfortable escape. There is a queen bed, a pull out Twin XL and an extra mattress in the closet if needed. The kitchen is ready for chefs! There is a nice laundry room and a bathroom with tub and shower. Outside the cabin door you can sit on a bench and enjoy a fire, roast marshmallows and enjoy the scenery. Firewood is complimentary. We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (i.e. ACE and Adventures on the Gorge, and River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants. We are located within the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : ) Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in the air conditioning after a great day of having fun!
