The accommodation is very close to the train station, it is not on the road side, so it is very quiet, and the host is concerned about your arrival and very available if you have any questions. The bedding is comfortable. Only small clarification that can be important for some people, the elevator was broken, you have to be able to go up the floors.

The apartment has a good layout. Three bedrooms and spacious. It has a lot going for it with the private parking, the washer/dryer and the location in a lovely area. The kitchen is stocked with everything to feel right at home, and the coffee machine is a great bonus.

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Great location for getting into central Lyon, 8 minute walk from the station and just a ten minute train to vieux Lyon. The space is great with a modern feel. The garden is beautiful and spacious.

What an amazing place and amazing host. I was traveling with three children, my husband, and my nanny. Three kids at the age of 1,2, and 9. So you can imagine the anxiety in me when booking an accommodation because reliability and response rate is the MOST important thing, not money. My time and effort is more valuable than money. The host was so attentive to my needs and my children. Location was great. I would defintely be back and book at this place again.

Victor and Malak were great hosts! We spend a long stay in their apartment during our studies and it was simply beautiful! Everything was super modern and we felt right at home! The building was all friendly and as well and quite accessible by car! I would definitely recommend to stay there and if ever in Lyon again I would come back to them! 5/5 place!!

We had a pleasant stay at Dominique's. I know the neighborhood well, and it's quiet and safe, so even if you can't always keep a spot in the parking lot, leaving the car on the street is not a problem. The apartment is very well arranged, and comfortable for 3-4 people without problem. The sofa bed is comfortable (which is not always the case!). As the other tenants said, be careful of the climb if you are on foot, but the bus is direct from Perrache and stops very close to the apartment. I highly recommend this place (clean, quiet, very thoughtful host).
