Very pleasantly surprised when entering the spacious apartment from where you can see both sides of the living room, the ducks on the small stream. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Nice welcome with small chocolate ball and great cinnamon cookies. Laure is very nice and responsive when you need these services. Super quiet stay lulled by the stream. Very well located near the city center.

I enjoyed my stay at this place. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and it had everything I needed. It is located in a quiet district, with a grocery store just a 2-minute walk away.

Inge was very accessible and friendly, and doesn't hesitate to help out if needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable and similar to the photos provided. I didn't have any problem for my 3 months long stay.

Friendly nice host who always had an open ear for questions. Parking directly at the house was worth its weight in gold. Downtown is within walking distance. Check-in/out was easy and very flexible, which was problematic with my work assignment. All in all, I can recommend the place and with the kindness of the landlord, that makes it pretty easy. Martin and Jürgen really deserve their Superhost status, the communication was always friendly, prompt, and helpful. Location is quiet and a little outside, but with good connections to both the S-Bahn (suburban train) to the city center and the B10 in the direction of Wörth or the A5. Everything you need is either within walking distance around the corner or you can quickly take the S2 to downtown. The apartment itself is well furnished, neat and has everything you needed.

The garden with terrace and pool was a dream, exactly what we needed. Located in a nice and quiet village. The apartment had everything you need. Very nice, helpful hosts. We will be happy to come back for a few quiet and relaxing days. Thank you!

Perfect getaway – the indoor pool is a dream! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From start to finish, this stay was amazing. The appartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity one could hope for. But the true highlight was the indoor pool. It was pristine and very comfortably heated. It is such a unique luxury to enjoy swimming in total privacy, no matter the weather. Alexander is super friendly and accommodating, welcoming and responsive, with clear instructions and thoughtful touches -from extra towels to the super sofa, everything is chosen with comfort in mind. The space was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay. Swimming under the skylights or a cozy movie night after a dip - or even in the pool - all is possible. And there are also beautiful walks nearby - if you can drag yourself away ;-) Thank you Alexander for making your appartment and pool available and this stay so special. See you soon again! :-)

Never heard any noise. Very walkable close to grocery, bakery and tram station. Even at night very well lit surroundings making 2 women alone feel safe at all times! Apartment itself beautifully decorated to make any woman feel right at home and the cherry on top a beautiful spacious private balcony! Definitely would highly recommend to anyone trying to enjoy Mannheim

Pleasant stay and Véronique was very welcoming. The premises were clean and well maintained. The only negative point is the hot water for the shower which was unavailable after 10 minutes of use.

We stayed in Tugba's apartment for a few days for our further education. Booking and check-in, everything worked out fantastically. Yes, the apartment is on the 5th floor and with luggage is a bit cumbersome but quite feasible. We had a nice few days here, enjoyed the roof terrace and also otherwise the apartment had everything you need. The furniture is sometimes a little worn, which is a bit unfortunate, because it is still very lovingly furnished, but overall the apartment was clean. The location was mega, you are quickly at the train station and there are shops and restaurants. Thank you so much for the days with you, dear Tugba :-)

We had a great time. Patricia is not only pleasant and friendly but also very responsive to our requests and questions. The apartment is as described. It is very well arranged.

We stayed in the accommodation for the second time and felt very comfortable again. Everything is very straightforward. You have a cozy bedroom and a lounge for watching TV or eating or both. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful weekend with Jörg and his wife! The hot tub is an absolute highlight. The area is very quiet and you have a great view. The kitchen is well equipped. All in all, we were very please 🙌
