Haim is a really nice and welcoming person. The space looks exactly like the pictures, I enjoyed the very clean and very new feeling of the place. Highly recommend, great hot tub.

We stopped for a night at Rina and Yossi's apartment on the way to the Arava with a 1 year old baby. The apartment is a cute and cozy basement apartment. Organized and equipped with everything you need Especially for anyone who comes with little ones. The apartment has a lot of toys and games and in the yard there are bimbas and swings and a trampoline, the little one had a lot of interest and fun to spend time there. The neighborhood and house are very quiet. Rina and Yossi were very nice and welcomed us well, were available and helped with everything you need.

Probably your best option in Beer Sheva! This place is located right by the central station and there's so much to do within a walking distance. Yaacov was great too - always available for whatever we needed! We're definitely coming back!

It was just amazing! Very clean, cozy apartment with everything you need. There is a washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, clean linen, towels, very responsive hostess, the apartment is new, as in the photo, the kitchen has everything for cooking, in the fridge there is milk, water and drinks, capsules for the coffee machine. We are a couple with two children, the children were very comfortable and safe, in a crib, there are board games for children in the box, shampoo and soap in the set. We will definitely return to this apartment, it is amazing as are its owners, thank you very much 🙏♥️

Beautiful apartment, easy to find, convenient location. Mixed neighborhood: large, beautiful park just across the street, but some of the adjacent and nearby apartment buildings are, from the outside at least, older and not as well maintained as others. Most basic supplies and necessities for the apartment are provided, a few are not. But most of all, Gilad is very responsive, proactive and eager to assist as best he can, obviously takes great pride in his very well maintained apartment.
