Super logement propre et bien aménagé, jardin super agréable et bien clôturer pour les petits chiens, petite attention bien sympathique et hôte très réactive et à l'écoute, tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied franchement petite maison bien agréable pour passer quelques jours ravie de notre séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison, décorée avec goût, bien équipée et une literie confortable. Une expérience à renouveler sans hésitation. Frédéric est un hôte attentionné et très réactif. Christine

Petite maison de ville parfaite pour quatre adultes ou deux adultes et deux enfants. Tous les commerces de ville sont à 500m, plusieurs supermarchés à moins de 2km. Stationnement relativement facile à proximité. En week-end la présence de la route de Brionne n'est pas gênante la nuit, peut-être qu'en semaine le trafic est plus important le soir et le matin. S'agissant d'une maison ancienne, l'escalier qui monte à l'étage est étroit et un peu raide ; probablement pas très facile avec un gros bagage.

Logements propres, conformes aux photos et a nos attentes. Florence est une hôte très sympathique et très réactive. La petite ville est très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ces logements et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Merci Amaury pour votre accueil, nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour dans votre magnifique demeure pour le passage de la nouvelle année.. tout y était : lieu d’exception, accueillant, chaleureux, le feu de cheminée à l’arrivée, l’attention du propriétaire toujours serviable, réactif et d’une très grande discrétion, très appréciée de tous! Nous nous sentions comme chez nous, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Une très jolie maison et des prestations en tout point conformes à la description et aux photos ! Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. La maison offrait beaucoup d’activités qui ont permis des petits-enfants aux grands-parents, de partager des moments mémorables dans des conditions magnifiques. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, qui permettent de profiter pleinement du lieu, l’accueil et le suivi de Mikael. Verneuil sur Avre, tout proche, est une jolie ville avec un beau marché et des commerces de qualité. La pâtisserie, Le jardin des gourmandises a réalisé une superbe et délicieuse pièce montée. Je recommande cette maison. Nous n’hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Un super logement avec de beaux volumes et une très jolie décoration. Nous étions un groupe de 9 adultes et nous étions tout à fait à notre aise. Le logement est très bien aménagé avec tout le confort. De plus Mariame est très disponible. Un très bon séjour et un logement à recommander.

This place was perfect for our Paris trip, location is everything and this place has it! Close to a metro, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Everything me, my partner and sister needed for our stay. The host is very responsive and clearly has done this many times, check in was super easy as was checkout. Would 100% recommend

Christoff’s apartment was the cherry on the cake of our fantastic weekly stay in Paris. We felt as true Parisians in this very large, high ceiling baroque style authentically appointed apartment. Christoff was extremely helpful and gave us a warm welcome with just right amount of instructions. The location is unbeatable with just a short walk to Trocadero and the Eiffel tower and right next to Passy Street which is full of shops, bakeries and cafe’s. Public transport is also a few steps away from the apartment. Last but not least, a large walk-out patio stretching along the entire apartment is an incredible and probably unique bonus in the heart of Paris. When we return to Paris we’ll definitely return to Christoff’s apartment.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

Loved our stay at Julie’s. The apartment has lots of lovely touches & is very spacious for 2 people. Having the piano and the beautiful giant couch was my favorite part. The view at night was amazing, you could see the lights of the Eiffel tower. The location is walkable, lots of things around, & yet still feel peaceful. Julie communicated well & made us feel welcome through our correspondence. I would definitely recommend staying at Julie’s.

superbe appartement

Un parfait séjour dans cet appartement dans un cadre calme et paisible. Tout est conforme à la description. L'hôte est très réactive. Le centre ville de Rouen est en accès direct à une vingtaine de minutes à pied, parfait pour profiter de cette belle ville. J'y ai passé un excellent séjour.

Logement très propre à 2 pas du métro qui vous amène directement au centre de Paris . Quartier calme et le plus non négligeable une place de parking en sous-sol.. La literie est top , tout est parfait pour une personne seule ou un couple . Je pense y revenir si je dois de nouveau me rendre sur Paris.

とても静かで過ごしやすい家です。Enzo-sanは到着した日にお水やコーヒーなど買い揃えてくれてとても親切です。テレワークで部屋で過ごす方や自炊する方にはピッタリです。今まで20区内に拘ってAirbnbを利用してきましたが、この家はほぼ16区なのとボーヴェ空港やCDGにもタクシーですぐなので便利です。 素敵なホストです。皆様におすすめします！

J'ai passé un court séjour chez Damien, pour le travail. Damien a été très accueillant et de très bon conseil. Le logement était très bien équipé, avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine, du café, huile, sel etc. et même plusieurs produits de dépannage dans la salle de bain ce qui montre l'attention que Damien porte à l'accueil des hôtes ! J'ai particulièrement apprécié la place de parking privée, le confort du lit et l'accessibilité de l'appartement par l'ascenseur. Je reviendrai certainement, et avec plaisir !

J’ai passé un agréable séjour chez Marco et Catherine. Je recommande vivement la réservation de leur logement.
