I've stayed in places throughout the neighborhood and this one stands out. It's perfect for 1 person or a couple. Liza and Martin are lovely, the space is clean and well designed, and it's on a quiet corner of a quiet neighborhood in the city. Being able to play my music from the home's sound system was a huge additional plus. And, the private patio is larger than the interior space! (If only it hadn't rained all week!) Would absolutely stay here again.

Book this PLACE, ASAP! I was staying Sheraton and another place. Loved this place. Very clean. Fast working AC. Generous host. I enjoyed this place as much as the Sheraton

The hosts were incredibly friendly. They made me feel comfortable and at home. I appreciated the recommendations of nearby restaurants and their fast response time. Definitely plan on staying with them when I visit again

Кухня - мечта. Все, что нужно было в наличии. Очень комфортно и уютно. Если еще придется приехать в Тель-Авив, буду знать, где останавливаться! Огромное спасибо хозяевам!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy flat in Florentin, Tel Aviv! The location is fantastic — just a short walk from Jaffa, Neve Tzedek, and the beach, which made exploring the city super easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. It has a welcoming, homey vibe that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and happy to offer local tips. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great base in a vibrant part of the city.

Very nice home, clean and well kept. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms and a balcony. It's a perfect "room mate" floor plan. Quiet building, and on a nice residential street, but walkable to good coffee and restaurants. Maya was very easy to work with and quick to respond the few times I had questions.

Tomer’s place was incredible. We enjoyed it very much. It was wonderfully, centrally located, and Tomer is very hands on, available and kind. Highly recommended.

Elad’s place is right in the most perfect spot. Restaurants, pubs, the beach…everything is really close to the apartment. The room is clean, the a/c was perfectly working and the shower is huge and comfy. The bed was also very comfortable and I loved the coffee machine 🙂. I will definitely go back and would recommend the place 100%

First and foremost, itai truly is a superhost. He was super responsive and helpful, and offered to help with any issue we had. The apartment itself was clean, well stocked and with great air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The location is really great, close to tons of great coffee shops and a playground. The outdoor space was great and shaded for most of the day even in June. Also the mamad in the apartment is big and very secure so we felt very safe as well. Would highly recommend!

The penthouse apartment at HaYarkon 4B was very functional and well-located. We were able to prepare and enjoy family meals together (with ingredients from the nearby Karmel market) and easily get around Tel Aviv with the multiple nearby bus lines. It's a shame that it will lose a chunk of its stunning sea views once nearby high-rises are completed.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here! Our host, Hai, was incredibly kind and always responsive whenever we needed anything. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home. The building itself is stunning and perfectly located—just a short walk to great restaurants, shopping malls, gyms, and beautiful parks. We’re already looking forward to coming back and can’t wait to bring our family to enjoy this beautiful home as well!

We had a great visit in Israel, and the apartment helped us feel very comfortable. We will recommend it to our friends and will very likely come back. The location is excellent.

We had a really great time staying at Ariel's place together with our two little kids (3 and 5)! The area is amazing for families, with multiple playgrounds and lots of public transport options to get to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious, and Ariel was a great host, and provided us with everything we needed. If you're planning a summer visit to TLV with your family, look no further!

Excellent comfortable and functional apartment on the edge of the flea market, close to the sea. New building with everything you need. Thoroughly enjoy our stay. Recommended.

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

We had a fabulous experience with our stay in this apt. It is fully equipped with useful items for the beach and pool, and with supplies for children (baby bath tub, crib, bed rail, hi chair, infant bounce seat). This is a beautifully furnished and clean apt. Sarah and Elad were incredibly responsive and helpful.
