We loved at our stay. Barbara met us immediately and went over everything in the house, gave us perfect recommendations of things to do, and continued throughout our stay to ensure we were good. The house is awesome and the views simply amazing. A top notch host and a top notch home.

Awesome house on the hills of Trento. luxurious with great facilities. Only two rooms, but it was confortable for my group of 5.

I had a wonderful time at the place! Everything was super clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as I wanted. Especially the view of the lake was simply breathtaking and a real highlight. We loved our stay at Corte Patrizia in the Gigia apt. Added bonus of daily breakfast and pool with loungers. Apt was gorgeous and bed was huge and comfy. Loved having an outdoor patio area for breakfast in the sun. Having a kitchen area with fridge was also super handy. Great location for lake Garda, Verona and Venice with loads of restaurants within a 15 min drive. You can book multiple apartments here if you’re travelling in groups. We’ll definitely be back, thank you Carlo and Vittoria 😊

We spent 12 beautiful autumn days (early October 2024) in the apartment. Anneliese is wonderful host. She gave us great hints about hikes, excursions and restaurants and surprised us with a chestnut wine evening. The accommodation is excellent, well designed and has everything we wanted for the holiday. In the morning there were rolls directly at the apartment door to order. A great restaurant is within walking distance. For us, it was the first holiday in South Tyrol, but it won't have been the last. We would come back to this apartment and to Anneliese as a landlady at any time. Full recommendation! Thank you!

The three of us (with baby, 9 months old) had a wonderful holiday in the Untersteinhof. We enjoyed the great view, the daily round to the farm animals and the hikes in the area very much and were always greeted with a small chat when we came home.

Very kind host also in the face of some of our difficulties and moved the reservation. Recommended for cleaning, area, parking.

The apartment is great and the wrap round terrace is fantastic . Federica and her family were really helpful . The garage for us was a real bonus. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, we were allowed to come earlier and stay longer on the day of departure and - if we had not unfortunately had to leave - we would have extended our vacation for a few more days. You have your peace, which was great for us and our dog, yet you can quickly reach Lake Garda, for example, in Salò. The apartment has everything you need and is cozy. The farm is very nice: we were lucky that the owners had not lived on site during our stay, so we had the whole area to ourselves, only someone from the family (all super friendly) came by to see the animals (horses, donkeys, geese and chickens). Had a great vacation! A very clear recommendation from our side!

It takes about 20 minutes from downtown Bolzano. It was easy to find with Google Maps. ^^ It's a very pretty fairy tale village. ^^ They welcomed us as soon as we arrived It was a very clean and comfortable house. The puppy you're raising, Jackie, is so cute. The surroundings are quiet, the scenery is nice, and the house is so beautiful. ^^ Lake Carezza is also a 20-minute drive away. ^^ We also had a barbecue. ^^ 8 and 10-year-old kids loved it, and I had dinner with the kids and the hosts, and it was a very happy time. ^^ I highly recommend it to those who visit Dolomiti ^^

House with very nice large garden, has everything it needs. Inside, rather functionally furnished and just enough space. But as soon as you can share the covered terrace, it's great. Great care by Sergio's father, thank you very much.

Karin was really good from the first contact he had until our restart. The parents were also very kind and helpful in giving us any information about the country, places and ski slopes. The place is delicious, well cared for and tidy, but above all very clean. Definitely in a strategic position, very close to the ski lifts (gondola) for those who want to ski or go to altitude and spend a few hours relaxing. The property is practically in the center but in a quiet area, a few dozen meters from shops and businesses. Highly recommended

A beautiful complex not far from beautiful harbor. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. We even got an upgrade to a larger apartment with direct garden access without asking. The garden is charming, partly overlooking the lake. We will definitely be back!

We had a very nice time in Sara's house. The view of Lake Garda is breathtaking! The communication with Sara's parents was friendly and attentive. We will be happy to come back!

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and greeted us right in the driveway when we arrived. There was also a delicious wine as a gift. The place is beautiful with a very well-kept garden and great views of Lake Garda. The pool as well as the apartment was very clean and always tidy. Unfortunately, there were a few small (not particularly disturbing) inconveniences: the curtains were very translucent, which made it directly bright in the room in the morning & the fridge (in the same room as the bed) is quite noisy. The lake is within walking distance, as is restaurants and bars. The only thing that may differ from the Airbnb descriptions is that in reality it's two apartments that they rent out. That means you may have to share the pool with other vacationers. Overall, we are very satisfied and would love to come back anytime.

We spent five nights in Laura's apartment and felt very comfortable. The complex is very well maintained, relaxed and you have a great view of the lake. The apartment is simple but well thought out and has almost everything you need. The way into town is relatively steep, but if you are a good walker and somewhat fit, you can walk down in half an hour and back up in 45-50 minutes. There is a restaurant nearby, which is about 20 minutes walk away and highly recommended (Rustichel).

Eleonora’s place (and hosting) was fabulous. Stunning location of course and the apartment was super clean, peaceful and practical. Just what we needed. Would definitely return 🫶🏼🐾

We stayed at Brigitte's apartment for seven nights and it was one of the best apartments we had rented in the last 25 years. It just fit everything, the description, the location ( in a castle), it had everything you need. Brigitte was on site when needed, gave helpful tips and was very nice. A nice addition is the guest card, with which you can use buses, trains and cable cars for free, so we left our car and were only on foot and with the bikes. The pool was still in operation despite low temperatures and we were able to do our morning laps. Lana is a great resort with many hiking opportunities and easy access to Bolzano and Merano.
