Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

A 15 minuti dall’uscita autostradale di Bellinzona Nord/Sud ed è raggiungibile anche comodamente con i mezzi pubblici (stazione di Bellinzona a pochi km e a 3’ dalla fermata dall'autobusus).
