La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

The “Berlinghera” is located on the ground floor and has an indipendent entrance and a private garden. We provide free parking and a shared garden with barbecue, pergola, tables and a playing ground. In the surroundings it is possible to organize numerous activities.

Our small, authentic Rustico is located between the villages of Contra and Mergoscia (about 30-40 minutes away by foot) in the hamlet of Fressino. It is suitable for 2 people (plus max. 2 toddlers) and is ideal for nature lovers and hikers. Some hiking trails start right at your doorstep.
