Søbred's summer cottage in Rebild, Hornum lake

The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

NOTE: Toilet and bath can easily be arranged but are not in the home. Read recommendations The annex is located in the garden associated with villa. There is a sofa, internet, work table, and a delicious continental double bed, as well as a wardrobe. Outside the annex is a small patio with table and chairs. Beautiful home 3 minutes from E45 and within walking distance of Aalborg University and New Aalborg University Hospital. The city bus stops at the door. With 8 beds, the house is perfect for families or groups, either as a starting point to explore Aalborg and Northern Jutland, for work/study stays or as an easy overnight stay on the way to or from the ferries to Norway and Sweden. Bed linen and towels are always included. TV with Chromecast in all living rooms and bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi everywhere. Dogs are welcome.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located area. It is 2 km to the city center. 250 m to the nearest supermarket, 100 m to the bus and green areas with forest. New kitchen and newer bathroom, with all appliances. There is a connected living room and bedroom, a small hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The garden and terrace are private and are not part of the rental.
