Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

There is a private terrace, possibility of use of fire pit, barbecue, access to simple kitchen facilities and extra bedding. The annex is an extension of our house, and some days we will be home. It is suitable for both single or multiple nights, and you can use the garden, walk to the local lake, bike mountain bike or take a trip from this central location on Funen.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Large apartment suitable for a group of 4 people each with the possibility of privacy as there are 4 lockable rooms each with separate sleeping and living spaces. If you are a couple, the beds can be moved together 2 and 2. For shared use there is a large living room, kitchen and bathroom as well as a small garden. The lease is on the 1st floor of a separate building with its own entrance. Bed linen and towels are available for a fee, DKK 100 per person. Possibility to rent washer and dryer

It is 5 min by car (10 by bike) to the cosy village of Årslev-Sdr.Nå with baker, supermarket (s) and some absolutely fantastic bathing lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put 'n take lakes.
