El lugar es espectacular. Está súper bien ubicado, cerca de muchos restaurantes y bares, supermercados y sitios de interés. El edificio es seguro, moderno y el personal de seguridad siempre amable y servicial. El apartamento es bonito, limpio y está equipado con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia amena. Juan Carlos y los demás hosts, siempre atentos a responder dudas e inquietudes. Definitivamente, un excelente lugar al cual volvería.

Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

El sitio estaba bien ubicado y se podía caminar a negocios, restaurantes, cafecitos y bares. Lo único que estaba al frente de la calle y hacía un poco ruido una vez que los carros transitaban y la gente empezaba sus días. Y que dos cuartos no tenían aire acondicionado. Pero lo demás súper bien, la casa grande, limpia y el host buena gente y servicial. Y tenía lavadora que siempre sirve mucho.

La ubicación fue perfecta para mi estadía, se puede estar muy cómodo en el apto y el edificio es muy bonito. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena y atenta.

Sin lugar a dudas el mejor hospedaje en Tona, excelente lugar y sus prestaciones, nada como disfrutar un buen café viendo la niebla en la montaña, el lugar está genial que tiene su propio cuadador, un hermoso gato que amenizó la estadía, 100% recomendado para familias pequeñas y parejas...

Luis Eduardo is a perfect host! He was super friendly and communicative from the first contact until after we had left. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is much better equipped than most places in Colombia and Luis Eduardo even left us ingredients for us to use when we arrived. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the view is beautiful. If you like birds, you will love waking up with their songs and watching the different colorful species in the surrounding trees. If you’re looking for peace and comfort in that area, you won’t regret staying there!

Super recomendado, la casa muy acogedora, todo impecable con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia que fue de 10 días super amañados. Está ubicada en un lugar muy seguro y tranquilo, central a todo; centro comerciales, restaurantes y demás, desplazamiento rápido para cualquier lugar de Bucaramanga, fue placentera nuestra estadía nos sentimos super cómodos y amañados. Beautiful house in a peaceful, tranquil and safe neighborhood. Has everything needed for a short or long term stay. Easy to find off the main road, yet secluded and private. Highly recommended.

Es un apartamento cómodo y limpio, está muy bien ubicado es muy central. Las áreas comunes son geniales. El check-in fue muy facil con entrada autónoma. Fernando nos ayudó mucho y respondió siempre.

la estancia me pareció maravillosa, un sitio muy tranquilo para mí, mi esposo y sobretodo para mis padres adultos mayores. además para mis perritos, ellos fueron felices, la terraza me daba la impresión de un lugar muy muy grande, por allí camine, jugué con mis perritos. el edificio, todos muy atentos, los señores de vigilancia muy colaboradores. la ubicación de fácil acceso para los sitios de interés de la ciudad. me encantó, casi me quedo. aspiramos regresar pronto! sugerencia canales de televisión. los adultos mayores desean vera tele y no solo plataformas. pero esto no le quito lo bonito. pondría 10 de 10 a este lugar.

Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!
