The village is surrounded by unspoiled nature with different views. Our house is on the edge of the forest, at the foot of the house you will find hiking trails. All amenities are within walking distance (organic bakery, brewery, restaurant) as well as hiking trails. We have chickens and sheep that you can feed, as well as cats who love petting. Girmont Val d'Ajol was voted the most beautiful village in the Vosges in 2022, it is known for its farmers' market on summer Fridays.

Patrick's cottage is really great accommodation. It is very well equipped; super clean, well arranged, the rooms are great; the living room and the adjoining kitchen are warm and really allow you to have a great stay. There were eight of us and everyone liked the accommodation. I recommend Patrick's cottage, you'll feel really good there.

We had a magical 4 days in the beautifully located pretty farmhouse. Quiet, quiet, quiet.... exactly what we were looking for! The amenities were as described: simple but absolutely sufficient. The location is perfect, although not so easy to manage with a normal car, at least the last piece. But that was also described. The property is fantastic and spacious, very nice and lovingly laid out. Around the Haua there are numerous hiking opportunities and our dog enjoyed the many swimming opportunities. If you are looking for peace and do not need luxury, this accommodation is the right choice! Merci beaucoup!

We felt warmly welcome and could not have wished for a nicer arrival in France. We would have liked to have stayed a few days longer, we enjoyed it very much.
