We offer 2 small attic rooms with a small kitchen and private bathroom in a detached house in the upper city of Mainz for rent. One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

A large kitchen and bathroom provide a feel-good atmosphere. The tram stops 50m in front of the house. The city center and train station can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich die Bushaltestelle der Linie 6, mit der die Innenstadt oder der Hauptbahnhof in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden kann. Außerdem befinden um die Wohnung herum generell einige Scooter (Tier), um schnell von A nach B zu kommen.

Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.
