Nice, affordable option near Athens - host is very easy to communicate with and very responsive! Room was well equipped and comfortable!

My team and I absolutely loved Kelly’s quaint farmhouse. It looked just like the photos. It was clean and decorated so beautifully. I love that there were plenty of towels. We had a private chef come to cook dinner & even cooked ourselves. There were plenty of items in the kitchen. We ran into an issue with the TV. Kelly stopped by and actually had a brand new TV delivered so we would be able to utilize the screen mirroring feature for our meeting. She went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. Oh and Kelly is absolutely beautiful in person. Even my toddler daughter noticed and told Kelly she was pretty. 😊 10/10 rating for this visit for sure!

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

we came into town towns for my nephews graduation and it was perfect for my family. we could all gather and visit. he was very accommodating when last minute I added a guest. the yard was large and plenty of room for my dog to run. we being able to park in the garage since we have a lil baby to keep out of the rain. he was very responsive whenever I asked a question or let him know something wasn't working. would definitely stay again!

2nd time staying at Ernestine’s. It has been nice being able to come here. This visit we decided to walk the creek by the driveway coming into the property. The water was soo cold with it being hot outside so it was refreshing. Beautiful clear water with a bunch of geodes we found. There is a paddle boat, canoes, paddle board and lots of fishing equipment to use for all guests. Great stay, hoping to return again soon.

Another perfect stay in this beautiful cabin. This is becoming a Mother’s Day tradition for us. Sweet memories were made again this year with babies growing up and another year with my 80 yr old precious mother.

This is our second time staying in Julia’s home and I’m sure it won’t be the last. We stayed an entire week and relaxed as if we were home and we had all our needs met. Everything about her home is comfortable, clean and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and Julia is a responsive host. I appreciate the fact she puts effort into her home, the sheets, bedding and towels are all hotel quality or better. The way each room is decorated doesn’t go unnoticed and is appreciated.

It was perfect accommodation for my out of town guests and introduction to my hometown. They didn’t want to leave.

The cabin was impeccably clean. I really appreciated not having to find any random hairs, unclean dishes, etc. The layout was perfect for our needs. My parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom with nicely updated bathroom and accessible shower and I stayed upstairs with the children and the Jack and Jill type bathroom worked well for us. There are great views from the screened porch and it was easy to walk down to the private pier to fish. We drove to wheeler park for an outing and purchased bait and a cane pole. The kids loved fishing from the pier and seeing the wildlife. We left the cane pole at the cabin, so hopefully future guests will enjoy using it. We knew there was a pool on the property, but there are also basketball and tennis courts and a playground to use. Sunsets were beautiful from the pier. The beds are very comfortable, but high, so keep this in mind if you have people with limited mobility or young children. Overall, it was a great and peaceful stay!

My apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean, very quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe. It was less than 5 minutes from shopping mail and restaurants. Would HIGHLY recommend and will absolutely book again! Host was very responsive and helpful.

This place beat all expectations. So happy with it! We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. We needed a quiet place to relax and regroup and this was perfect. A little fishing, beautiful sunset, quiet morning on the porch and a great place for the dog as well. Would go again (from a 16 year old’s perspective). Thank you for a great place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful property!! It is extremely private and picturesque. A literal postcard. We loved the winding drive up to the property although clearer instructions on driveway would be a little better. The turn in appears to be another property at first but then it veers to the left...of course its possible we were just not paying attention lol. We had tons of room for everyone with areas that were private for each. We had 8 in our party and everyone could really spread out. Our bed was super comfy. The pond and grounds were great. We even caught a few bass. The pool area was lovely. We didn't experience the hot tub since it was closed in lieu of the pool. There is TONS of extra linens, pillows, blankets, comforters, even extra new toothbrushes or toiletries if you forget yours! It was fully stocked. They even had extra fishing gear, clubs, and a bucket of golf balls for the 3 hole course. Our stay was exceptional and very peaceful. We will definitely book again!!

We had a great stay! There were no surprises and the listing was just as expected. The fenced in back yard was great for the dog. Michelle was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

The Cozy Corner is in a great location. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. I would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to return again in the future. Leanne was quick to respond to my questions.

Our second stay here .. so very , very clean and pretty .. everything you need ! Comfortable mattress and lots of linens .. easy walk to UT Southern campus or downtown. We would choose this over other available rentals in the area again !

Great stay and great host.

Literally perfect in every way. It's actually difficult to portray Nilah's home with words alone and honestly, the pictures don't do the property justice. By the time we were finally able to gather ourselves from being in awe of the hilltop views and unpack our bags, we felt oddly at home and immensely relaxed. The house is completely stocked with anything a group might need and set up so functionally perfect that it felt familiar when looking for a miscellaneous item. We got a kick out of "Bear" the extremely handsome hound that lazily wondered up the hilltop one afternoon to politely watch us from a distance until we invited him over. Fitting for the entire experience, turns out that Bear is the coolest dog that has ever existed and literally played with my kids like Nana from Peter Pan anytime we asked him to come hang out. Just an incredibly happy place with a host that is obviously happy to share the experience with others.

We only stayed one night because we were passing through the area on a road trip but we wish we had been able to stay longer. The place was beautiful and so relaxing and peaceful. If I am ever passing through again we would love to stay again but for longer. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the views, had a fire in the fire pit and woke up early to enjoy the view and listen to the sound of all the birds. Loved seeing the hummingbirds feeding in the feeder by the porch. We loved this place so much! Thanks for having us.
