Adjacent on one level (49 m²) with a semi-covered terrace (45 m²) and a garden (70 m²) suitable for rest in the middle of parasol pines, morays and oleanders, you will enjoy a swimming pool and 3 copro tennis courts 400 m on foot and a petanque field on site. It feels like you're on the bow of a boat. The apartment is a 50-meter walk to Gigaro Beach and 100 meters to Cap Lardier Nature Reserve. It has a loft configuration. The bedroom can be opened to the living room and see the sea while lying in bed!!
