The facilities were far better than I imagined, and it was easy to relax with a sense of privacy, and I made unparalleled memories with my friends! I'd love to have more people come, and I'd love to stay again!Anyway, the tent sauna was also the best and everything was good!

private and peacefull home, I stayed here with my family and they all loved it. a couple nice restraunts near by a with more authentic Japanese food then I have eaten elsewhere in the bigger cities. would come back if passing through again.

Staying at Mayumi’s place was a pleasure! The property was beautiful and peaceful, Mayumi was really nice and accommodating -she even offered to drive us to the metro station when we were leaving-. I highly recommend this place!

Kon san was a wonderful and attentive host. His kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home and has made our stay a highlight of our trip to Japan. The house is beautiful and we were very comfortable. Lots of heaters kept the house warm and the futons had electric blankets so it was very cosy at night. Kon san recommended a great restaurant for dinner and even made a reservation for us and drove us there. The dinner was one of the tastiest we’ve had on our trip! Kon san also surprised us with sake tasting during the evening and wished us farewell in the morning with tea and donuts! We highly recommend Fujita Inn!

Love the location, the fireplace, the spaciousness, the outdoor garden and the beautiful shrine next to the house. The 2 slopes up to the house and the stairs are pretty steep especially with luggage but this was communicated in the description so as expected. We made some really delicious meals in the house by buying Hida beef and other groceries from Boss Foods Market. Aki was also so friendly and accommodating! Thanks for the great stay!

Very convenient accommodation! We spent the night with two couples. The fire outside allowed us to spend a very nice evening (be careful there is a surcharge). Parking is a 5-minute walk away but can be accessed by car to drop off things before going to park.

Koshiro-san's family and Hana-chan are very warm people who make you feel right at home. It was fun to go ice bathing together in the morning and very pleasant to chat with everyone in front of the fireplace in the evening. The traditional Japanese-style house has a special charm and is very clean. Ōtaki is located on Lake Ontake. The view of nature and the pure air ensure a calm atmosphere. From here you can hike to waterfalls, take day trips to Magome or Lake Suwa, or go for a walk with Kambe and chat with the villagers. Many young people in their mid-twenties have moved to Ōtaki in recent years and there is a community that is nice to see. Accordingly, it never gets boring in Tsunehachi. I would like to thank everyone for this unique trip and hope to be able to come back soon! ありがとうございました！またね！
