Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gifu

We had a lovely stay. The house was very clean and had plenty of space.

Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, die man mit Schiebetüren voneinander trennen kann. Es gibt einen verbindenden Gang, dort befindet sich auch das Waschbecken. Zimmer gibt es zudem eine Mikrowelle, sowie Geschirr und Besteck. Als wir da waren, gab es kein Frühstück im angrenzenden Café, dafür Brot, Joghurt und Kaffee im Zimmer. Man kann das fantastische, darunter liegende Badehaus kostenfrei nutzen, zudem außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten eine Dusche (das haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen). Insgesamt eine sehr praktische Wohnung für Familien, gut gelegen und ruhig von sehr netten Betreibern.

Taga's place was amazing!! Good location in walking distance of markets, very comfortable and homey. Wish we could stay longer! Taga is a great host, showed us around, responsive, even got us a Thai map! Definitely recommended!

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The location is perfect for those seeking adventure with family and friends, offering a great balance of nature and comfort. The large room on the second floor was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 10 comfortably. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private onsen—it was absolutely amazing! Being able to enjoy a relaxing soak every day made our trip extra special. The onsen is large enough to fit multiple people, but if you only need a quick shower, you’ll have to take turns using it. The house is heated using a gasoline heater, which worked fine for us, but it’s good to be aware of this in advance. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy yet adventurous getaway!

卒業旅行として男女4人グループで利用させて頂きました！お部屋は日常用品から全て揃っており、不自由なく過ごせました！最高の思い出の1つになりました！

大人数で泊まるのであれば非常に良い場所かと思います。

Notre séjour chez Iori était magique! Nous aurions souhaité rester plus que 3 nuits. Nous avons adoré Takayama et le logement y était pour beaucoup. Tout de l'acceuil au départ était très professionnel et on a senti qu'ils prenaient soin de leur clients. Ils sont aussi réactif dans la communication. Le logement style traditionnel est très beau et nous avons aussi adoré le petit déjeuner à la japonaise le matin. Ce logement est un budget mais je trouve que cela vaut la peine de mettre le prix pour avoir au moins une expérience premium lors d'un séjour au Japon. Nous avons adoré! Je vous le recommande lorsque vous irez à Takayama!

We really enjoyed the house itself, as it was so very comfortable and perfectly located, but also the local restaurants. There is a great yakitori place called Iburu very close to the house, which I highly recommend. It was a little pricey but some of the best grilled chicken I’ve ever tasted. Also, a new coffee shop called Pinecone was a really nice discovery. They don’t open till noon, but the young owner is a fluent English speaker who loves to chat with the customers. He also sells a selection of craft beers (in cans) from around Japan. We bought those to take home and enjoyed drinking them at the house in the evening. A lovely 125 year old Japanese sweet shop is close by, too. And the hot springs! Finally, on our way home back to Shiga, we stopped at a little place called Ippei Sushi. The best sushi I’ve ever had. ¥2,200 for a lunch set fit for a king. You should get there before 11! All in all it was a spectacular holiday. We look forward to going again next year.

除了位置稍微远点，一切都很棒！ 来的时候可以打车前往，走的时候没办法打到车。 房主非常的热情周到，准备了水和零食～ 窗外景色宜人 尤其喜欢院子里的那棵樱花树，颜色绝美！❤️

短い時間での滞在でしたが、時代がタイムスリップしてるようなとても貴重な体験をさせていただきました。

友達4人で利用しました。 バーベキュー、麻雀と利用しましたが、特に不便な点はなく、快適に利用できました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

I had an amazing one week stay and I would definitely love to come back again for longer. It's located in a nice really quiet neighbourhood with convenient access to Sakae and Nagoya station. It was extremely comfortable and spacious, all the amenities were great, the host is very kind and helpful.

Eine kleine aber feine Unterkunft. Fur eine Person mehr als ausreichend. Die Unterkunft war in der Nähe einer Bahnhaltestelle, mehrerer Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Gerne komm ich noch einmal wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin.

古き良き昭和の雰囲気を残しながらも、キッチンやシャワーなどの水回りはリノベーションされた、居心地のよい一軒家。プライベートな空間でのんびり過ごすことができました。寝室として使える和室が複数あり、グループ旅行におすすめ。食器やタオルなどアメニティ類も充実していて、暮らすようなステイを体験できます。 またチェックイン前後の荷物預かりにも対応していただき助かりました。 近江八幡駅からのバス停が目の前にあり、更に近江八幡観光の主要スポット、八幡堀やラ・コリーナまで徒歩圏内。コンビニやドラッグストアも近く、抜群の立地です。

We've loved our stay at the Takigahara house! The building is truly special, having all the amenities needed and carefully renovated, keeping the old charm of it. The surrounding are lovely, and you are waking up with a view of the mountains. We've been lucky enough to be able to have dinner at the cafe, and we've enjoyed the natural wine that we've bought from their bar - it was a great experience. Our host have been very helpful, and welcoming, so we've had a lovely overnight stay!

Сперва напишу про хозяина. Томо-сан это прекрасный человек и арендодатель, очень коммуникативный, дружелюбный, такие люди на вес золота😊 Помогал с транспортом, отвез в Lego-land и Аэропорт. Огромнейшее ему за это спасибо. Касаемо жилью-часть старинного дома, если до этого не останавливались в таких-то обязательно побывайте и прочувствуйте все прелести сельской жизни в Японии, фанаты мультфильма Тотторо узнают знакомые инста. Ну и сами аппартаменты-окунание в историю традиционной жизни в Японии и сон на футонах на татами. Мы жили семьей из 3х человек и нам очень все понравилось!

たつえ came to pick me up from the train station, and was very helpful and friendly. The area is truly peaceful and beautiful. The Alps are a stunning view looming over this idyllic countryside. The people were all extraordinarily kind, and the Daio Wasabi farm was one of the most restful places to walk and see. The apartment was clean, and perfect for my needs, and my host personally came and waited with me until my train left so she could see me off safely.

非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 今回は友人の送別会で利用しましたが、友人も満場一致で評価が高かったです。 BBQをしましたが、カラトリー類は全て揃っており、宿泊者の自由度が高いと感じました。 懸念点があるとすれば、コーヒー等一部有料と思われる物の判断がつきにくかった。(できれば有料のものは鍵を閉めておくなど対策をしていただきたかった) 寒さ対策で薪ストーブや灯油ストーブ等がありましたが、LPガス警報器しかなく、使い方次第では一酸化炭素中毒のリスクが高かったように感じました。 総合的に評価しても申し分ない宿泊で楽しめました。

Kazuhiro's farm house was perfectly situated for my needs. I was the only one staying there, so I had the place to myself. I live in a van in the winter, so my needs are minimal. I don't see it mentioned in other peoples reviews, but I think it is worth noting that in the winter, the house is cold. There is a small heating unit that is on a timer in the bedroom as well as a heated floor covering. The bathroom and shower room are both constantly heated similarly to keep the water lines from freezing. I didn't use the kitchen for cooking because the heating unit would have taken a bit of time to heat the area. When I returned from skiing at 6 or 7, I had to wait a bit in my puffy for the bedroom to warm up. As a van liver, having running water and a shower was a plus so it was an upgrade from my usual living situation.

The place is neat and nice because of the elevator. Very accessible to train station, supermarket, family mart, lawson etc.. The host is very responsive. The accommodation is expensive but If you have the budget, I highly recommend this place specially if you are with your older parents or children.
