Taga's place was amazing!! Good location in walking distance of markets, very comfortable and homey. Wish we could stay longer! Taga is a great host, showed us around, responsive, even got us a Thai map! Definitely recommended!

We used it as a graduation trip for a group of four men and women!The room was equipped with all the daily necessities, and I had no problems!It became one of my best memories!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. There is a beautiful park directly behind the house, and it snowed while we were there, which was spectacular. Takayama is a relatively small town, so almost everything is walkable from the house. Iori manages several properties in the town and does a great job. I suspect that any property managed by Iori would be a great choice.

I think it is a very good place if you are staying in a large group.

We really enjoyed the house itself, as it was so very comfortable and perfectly located, but also the local restaurants. There is a great yakitori place called Iburu very close to the house, which I highly recommend. It was a little pricey but some of the best grilled chicken I’ve ever tasted. Also, a new coffee shop called Pinecone was a really nice discovery. They don’t open till noon, but the young owner is a fluent English speaker who loves to chat with the customers. He also sells a selection of craft beers (in cans) from around Japan. We bought those to take home and enjoyed drinking them at the house in the evening. A lovely 125 year old Japanese sweet shop is close by, too. And the hot springs! Finally, on our way home back to Shiga, we stopped at a little place called Ippei Sushi. The best sushi I’ve ever had. ¥2,200 for a lunch set fit for a king. You should get there before 11! All in all it was a spectacular holiday. We look forward to going again next year.

I used it with four friends. I used the barbecue and mahjong, but there was no particular inconvenience, and I was able to use it comfortably.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

I had an amazing one week stay and I would definitely love to come back again for longer. It's located in a nice really quiet neighbourhood with convenient access to Sakae and Nagoya station. It was extremely comfortable and spacious, all the amenities were great, the host is very kind and helpful.

Honeymoon trip with Mr. and luckily found this house! Mr. Shige was very welcoming and came to say hello to us and said he was available for help. The room is spacious and big, the number of tourists coming for 3-4 people is not a problem. The room is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The room is a short walk from the supermarket It is easy to get ingredients to cook. Convenient and convenient for shopping There are also shopping centers, Don Quixote, Simmelak, Tokaidong Station nearby... etc. All within walking distance! This trip was very happy, and afterwards, I will choose this room again if I have a chance to visit Nagoya!

A cozy house with renovated water areas such as the kitchen and shower, while retaining the good old Showa atmosphere.We had a relaxing stay in a private space.There are multiple Japanese-style rooms that can be used as bedrooms, recommended for group travel.It is fully equipped with amenities such as dishes and towels, so you can experience a stay like you live there. It was also helpful that they handled the luggage storage before and after check-in. There is a bus stop from Omihachiman station right in front, and the main tourist spots of Omihachiman, Hachimanjori and La Corrina are within walking distance.It is in an excellent location, with convenience stores and drug stores nearby.

たつえ came to pick me up from the train station, and was very helpful and friendly. The area is truly peaceful and beautiful. The Alps are a stunning view looming over this idyllic countryside. The people were all extraordinarily kind, and the Daio Wasabi farm was one of the most restful places to walk and see. The apartment was clean, and perfect for my needs, and my host personally came and waited with me until my train left so she could see me off safely.

We had a very comfortable stay. I used it at a friend's farewell party this time, but my friends also had a unanimous rating and had a high rating. We had a BBQ, but we had all the silverware, and I felt that there was a high degree of freedom for guests. One concern was that it was difficult to judge something that seemed to be partially charged, such as coffee.(If possible, I wanted you to take measures such as keeping the key locked for those for a fee) There was a wood stove, kerosene stove, etc., but there was only an LP gas alarm, and depending on how I used it, I felt that there was a high risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. I enjoyed my stay even if I rated it overall.

Kazuhiro's farm house was perfectly situated for my needs. I was the only one staying there, so I had the place to myself. I live in a van in the winter, so my needs are minimal. I don't see it mentioned in other peoples reviews, but I think it is worth noting that in the winter, the house is cold. There is a small heating unit that is on a timer in the bedroom as well as a heated floor covering. The bathroom and shower room are both constantly heated similarly to keep the water lines from freezing. I didn't use the kitchen for cooking because the heating unit would have taken a bit of time to heat the area. When I returned from skiing at 6 or 7, I had to wait a bit in my puffy for the bedroom to warm up. As a van liver, having running water and a shower was a plus so it was an upgrade from my usual living situation.

The place is neat and nice because of the elevator. Very accessible to train station, supermarket, family mart, lawson etc.. The host is very responsive. The accommodation is expensive but If you have the budget, I highly recommend this place specially if you are with your older parents or children.
