Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gièvres

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment which is consistent with the photos and descriptions. Benoît is very responsive, and thank you for the little touches when we arrived.

Lovely apartment with views of the Loire River, perfectly located on the main plaza across from the chateau (less than five minute walk). Free parking garage (huge bonus, but difficult to locate at first ... walk to the right of the front door, then circle around behind the building on the riverside). Comfortable beds. Bathroom is split between a shower room with sink (attached to one of the bedrooms, but accessible from either side) and a toilet room. Fantastic coffee maker grinds fresh beans on demand. A bit noisy at night on the weekend due to setting up the excellent market which is just outside the front door. Note: for those with limited mobility, it is located on the European second floor (American third floor) with no elevator.

Cosy and functional housing. Very well equipped kitchen! Small downside on the bedroom, we regretted that there is no real door to separate the bedroom from the "living room" part. Free parking just next door is a plus too.

Had a nice stay at Marie Ève's. She is a very nice and welcoming host. The accommodation is a 2min walk from the train station, very convenient to catch your train at the last minute. All amenities are also close to the listing.

My family and I had a nice stay. The listing was as described. Impeccable communication, nothing to repeat. The only negative point was the double bed that squeaks a lot, which is not very nice to sleep in...

In need of a quiet place to recharge, we found “Le Havre.” What a beautiful place; a save harbor to relax, with wonderful and very responsive hosts Karen and Craig. There when you need them but leaving you to enjoy the property in peace. The cottage has everything you need if you want to stay put and cook, with grocery stores and open markets a 10-20 minutes drive away, but also nice restaurants nearby. Le Havre is wonderfully quiet without being isolated. No noise, just the birds, including the beautiful song of a nightingale (at night of course), and the wind through the poplars. Enjoy outside dinners with views of the field and forrest, with occasional visit from a fox or hare either (lap)pool side or in front of the cottage. Dining inside on a chilly day is cosy too. Whether you just need a romantic place to take a break (eat, sleep, read, be merry, and tune out) or want a place for two and see the local attractions, Le Havre is a fabulous choice, we hope to come back!

Ideally located accommodation if you want to go to Beauval Zoo or even visit a few castles of the Loire Valley. Ability to park in the private courtyard. Very nice exterior and which can be enjoyed if the weather is nice. Very clean accommodation, good bedding. A little wet in rainy weather but to sleep or eat no worries. We would recommend it without hesitation.

We stayed with our small family for 15 days at Nicolas's Quiet, relaxing place, the house is located in front of a lake not far from a children's playground accessible on foot Very good restaurant in the village The bakery is permanently closed Clean house with all the essentials. Nicolas provided us with everything we needed for our little boy. Thanks a lot We will come again

Very nice cottage, very comfortable for 10 people. Children can play safely and adults can have fun playing pétanque. Chantal and her husband are very welcoming. After an aperitif together we got to know each other better. The small treats left in the fridge were very much appreciated by everyone. For info, the zoo is really very easy and quick to access. We'll be sure to recommend it

A perfect stay. Nothing was missing. The accommodation is very well equipped especially for children which is rare. Our kids loved it. With the possibility of being able to swim despite the bad weather and at any time thanks to the private pool, which is a real luxury. We'll be there Thanks again, Sophie, for hosting us.

We booked Cathy and Jean-Noël's apartment for our visit to Beauval Zoo for 1 weekend (25 min drive). Although at first glance the entrance to the residence seems "in its original state" the apartment is quite up to date. It is perfectly equipped (stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, clothes rack, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner,...) everything you need is there! The clear view and without any overlooking is very nice. The city center of Montrichard is very nice and has all the necessary shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, Super U, Netto...) Regarding the hospitality of our hosts, what more can I say than PERFECT!! There is nothing to improve, you are already the best. Thanks to Cathy for the activity recommendations, unfortunately we didn't have time to visit the area more but we'll be happy to come back to your home if the opportunity arises!!

Beautiful apartment, very well located near Beauval Zoo in particular. Thierry and his wife are warm and accessible hosts, available. Recommended without hesitation. A big thank you also for the pastries offered by Thierry, a commercial gesture that matched his kindness.

We had a great time at Marie-Paule's with our 15-month-old daughter. The apartment is spacious and nice. We enjoyed the terrace which is a real plus! The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils etc. and it is right next to the train station and the castle of Blois so very well located. We'll be happy to go back!

Thank you so much for this stay which met our expectations perfectly! The accommodation matches the photos perfectly, the setting was beautiful, peaceful, quiet and the view was magnificent!! We were hosted very well, the spa was really great!! We chose to opt for massages offered by Marie Thérèse, the host's wife, just above the accommodation for an extra charge and it really enhanced our stay!! The accommodation is also a 5-minute drive from Blois and a good distance from the Loire castles Definitely recommend!!
