Charm and friendliness are the key words that guided us to the layout of this large house of 300 m2 (7 large rooms), renovated by combining the charm of the old house (tommettes, parquet floors, stone, woodwork) and modern comfort. The cottage "Le 16 Thiers" is in a very quiet place but close to the castle, shops and restaurants on the Loire river banks. It has two walled gardens, one above the roofs. Direct train for Paris center (1h25). Ideal for a group with family or friends.

Peaceful haven between Orléans and Pithiviers, in a 22 ha clearing in the Orléans forest, adjoining our home. The cottage (85 m²) is located in an old barn, 5 km from Neuville aux Bois. Ideally located on the Loire bike route with the possibility of parking them safely. Between Sologne, Orléans forest and close to the Briare canal bridge for hikers. Dampierre-en-burly is 10 minutes away and Belleville-sur-Loire is 20 minutes away for workers. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and bedroom with double bed and desk.

Independent ground floor cottage, quiet, close to all shops, in Gien. Great for a family vacation. Large living room with open kitchen, fully equipped with air conditioning, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 3 bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm beds (PLEASE NOTE, SHEETS/TOWELS ARE OPTIONAL), sofa bed. Fenced garden in front of and behind the house. Vehicles can be parked in the yard. Please note that you should consult the information regarding the cleaning fee and the sheets/towels option.

Fully renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure of walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the cottage. House ideally located in a wine village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike route. Village church listed as a historical monument. Visit the wineries with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. A charging station for electric/hybrid cars is available upon request for a fee of €10 per day.
