The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with a closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large living room divided into two sections.

Charm and friendliness are the key words that guided us to the layout of this large house of 300 m2 (7 large rooms), renovated by combining the charm of the old house (tommettes, parquet floors, stone, woodwork) and modern comfort. The cottage "Le 16 Thiers" is in a very quiet place but close to the castle, shops and restaurants on the Loire river banks. It has two walled gardens, one above the roofs. Direct train for Paris center (1h25). Ideal for a group with family or friends.

Large living room with open kitchen, fully equipped with air conditioning, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 3 bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm beds (PLEASE NOTE, SHEETS/TOWELS ARE OPTIONAL), sofa bed. Fenced garden in front of and behind the house. Vehicles can be parked in the yard. Please note that you should consult the information regarding the cleaning fee and the sheets/towels option.

We have arranged it for maximum comfort for a family moment or a visit to our region. Enjoy a green space in the middle of the city and 2 parking spaces reserved for the accommodation for added convenience. 2 minutes from Auchan, the cinema, the banks of the Loire, Loire by bike, 5 minutes from the Cuiry room. .
