Our fully renovated house is in a great location. A short walk to the town centre and the popular Arrow River. The location and position also attracts the sun all year round. There is excellent indoor/outdoor living and is well equipped for your stay. There is also a BBQ with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. It is very handy to the 4 Square Shop and at the end of the street there is a playground. For those wanting to exercise there are a number of walking and biking tracks close by.

750 m walk from lake and 10-15mins walk to town, very quiet, private, native garden, outdoor dining area. 2 toilets and really comfy place. Well equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating for winter throughout and good clothes drying for skiing. Linen is included. min 2 nights. There is fibre wifi and chromecast TV. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot at the top of the hill. The four-bedroom house offered plenty of space for our group, and the view from the property was absolutely stunning—truly breathtaking. We appreciated the easy parking for our car and the quick drive into central Queenstown. Highly recommend!

A great place to gather for a family reunion. The house had everything we needed and the facilities are perfect for a large group. Decor a wee bit tired but all very clean and comfortable. The views are incredible!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was comfortable, clean and spacious with amazing views of the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were clean and modern with heated floors. The teens/young adults loved the games room and spending time out on the deck. We would highly recommend this property.

What a cute place! It is tucked down at the end of a little road on a quiet property trimmed by woods and farm. Amy made us delicious sourdough banana bread with fresh butter and dropped off eggs from her chickens. I loved the house, the decorations were cute and it felt like being in a lovely home with books and games and guides. Amy was very helpful with local recommendations. Also, their dog is adorable and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to any travelers to the area or anyone just looking for a nice little getaway.
