Apartment vacation rentals in Giarre

We stayed with our son at Rosario and Mariela's house for 8 days. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Even before our arrival, Rosario accompanied us, gave us detailed information and helped and advised on every issue. Rosario was always available and helped with joy and goodwill. He always asked if we were missing anything. When we arrived, the best of Sicilian produce awaited us, including pastries, yogurt and milk, a six-pack of water and other products. Rosario allowed us to arrive early and leave later, according to our flight times. In addition, at the end he drove our son to the train station. In conclusion, when we come to Sicily again, we will be happy to return and will also recommend them to friends and acquaintances. Had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Mount Etna from one balcony where we could have breakfast in the shade in the morning. But if we wanted sun, we would sit on the other balcony overlooking the sea and the garden below. If we had any questions, Aretas responded very quickly and kindly. We soon felt at ease and we were very happy with the parasol that was present. The restaurant opposite the apartment complex is recommended! The Airbnb is a pleasant base for surrounding cities and nature reserves.

Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Wonderful location and a pristine accommodation

We absolutely loved our stay at Sara House. The setting is stunning, and we really enjoyed spending our time around the pool during the day and walking into Taormina in the evening. It is a short 15 minute walk, albeit quite hilly but we found it a great way to walk off our dinner. Sara was an incredible host, very friendly and helpful whenever we needed her. Thank you for having us!

I had a wonderful stay at Grazia’s Apartment. She even provided me with breakfast and some drinks. The place is very spacious and quiet, the bed was very comfortable. It is conveniently located at the base of Mt Ätna for those who want to explore it.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Really lovely stay and host. Francesca waited for our late arrival to show us the home. It was even larger and more luxurious than in the photos. Well equipped and thought out for guests. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Right from the start, our hosts went above & beyond to make sure my family had a wonderful first visit to Sicily. Our overnight flight arrived early in the morning, and they were able to accommodate an early check-in, complete with a tour of the apartment’s bedrooms, bathrooms, and two terraces. They showed us around the building, made sure we knew how to access to the pool, and gave us clear instructions for how to get in and out of the garage and pedestrian entrances. They even went so far as to make dinner reservations for us that ensured our 11th wedding anniversary was spectacular and surprised us with a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of three, and they provided a crib and bed linens for our son. The terraces were incredible, with unobstructed views of the water. The air conditioning was also essential in the hot Sicilian summer. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Taormina

We chose the place because it was affordable and reasonably close to Etna-south, where we booked a Tour. We enjoyed the stay, because the kitchen was nice and despite the cold weather we slept warm.

Aesthetically pleasing in every way. Beautiful apartment in the best possible location. Very helpful host. Ask for their restaurant recommendation, you won't be disappointed!

Spent a very nice 3 nights here, and very happy with our stay. Had excellent pizzas at local restaurants recommended by Gabriella, and nearby bakery was top notch. Absolutely requires a car. If you can handle Sicilian driving then the driveway is not a big deal. Plan on 1 hour drives to Etna, Taormina, Catania.

This place is good located. Perfect for one or two people.

The apartment is uniquely decorated. It is located very close to the center of Aci Trezza, which offers access to a variety of restaurants. Parking is easy (except on Saturday evenings when the city is full of visitors). An EasyPark machine that only accepts coins is located just 5 meters away. We had a great time.

Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

Gwendalina's place was exactly as pictured and very centrally located right next to the cathedral and the fish market. The terrace was a great addition. Gwendalina was also super proactive with check-in and was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s place. Perfect location close to everything and we loved having a drink on the terrace before dinner. Would 100% recommend.

Great location in the middle of everything in Catania. The neighborhood is very vibrant, music and people all around, however it decreased in the evening and never interfered with our sleep. The hosts were very helpful pointing out attractions and entertainment, also recommendations for restaurants as well as grocery stores. Very close to the Piazza del Duomo, the shopping district on Via Etnea, Ursino Castle, Greek-Roman theater, as well as many fine restaurants. Less than 15 minute cab ride to the airport as well.

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities.
