Roberto welcomed us very warmly, the house is very clean and cozy and there is a great restaurant nearby, there is a church near the house with a very beautiful view, highly recommended, if I return to Sicily next time, I will choose to stay in this house again!

We stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend. Paola was very responsive from the moment we made the booking. She also assisted with restaurant recommendations. Her father - who stays just below - was incredibly helpful and friendly! He offered us some home made sweets which is part of their cultural celebration of Easter and made us feel at home and welcome.

I would recommend this place, we were very well received by Manuel who even helped me with my suitcase. The accommodation matches the photos, very clean, well decorated and equipped. It is perfect for 2 and is ideally located: close to a supermarket and 5 min walk to the main street of Taormina, while being in a quiet area.

It's an amazing village! And Cesare is a great host! The arancini at 20m are super good, the bar is typical and friendly, and there are very nice walks all around. My only regrets: not staying longer, and not speaking Italian well to be able to communicate with the inhabitants of the village who are very friendly.

Fantastic location. Caterina is a kind person, making sure I was well taken care of. She offered great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The apartment has everything travelers may need.

A fantastic short stay in Stazzo. Apartment has everything you may need and was spotlessly clean. Although we never met Alessandro was always on the end of a phone and was quick to respond when needed. Communication was great. I echo what others are saying about the need for a car but parking is available right outside very peaceful and quiet if that is what you are after! Alessando also left some snacks and water which was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time at Manuela's place! The house is fantastically beautifully decorated and the garden is simply breathtaking – including unforgettable views of Mount Etna, which we were even able to experience in action. The surrounding area also offers great excursion possibilities: we especially loved the beach on Isola Bella with the cable car ride to Taormina as well as our day at the Alcantara Gorge. Manuela surprised us with loving attentions such as oranges and small Easter nests, which immediately made us feel welcome. Thank you so much for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We were really happy to have booked Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place during our trip to Sicily! We planned to visit mount Etna and avoid the crazy traffic and noise of the bigger cities that we had been experiencing in Sicily , so the place was a perfect choice as it is around 30m by car to it. It is also accessible to visit Taormina and Siracusa. The house is extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, beautifully decorated and clean! The hosts are very kind and responsive, we ended up taking longer for our check in than planned and they were supper accommodating towards us. We recommend Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place for your Sicily trip!

Our stay in the cottage was completely successful. We enjoyed the house very much – it is tastefully and comfortably furnished and is ideal for families with children. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea. There were three of us there with our son and often cooked ourselves in the evening, as the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are also very comfortable – we didn't have any back pain. The location of the house is ideal: it is located in a quiet environment, yet centrally located between Taormina, Etna and Catania. So we could easily explore all the sights along the east coast. Parking was also no problem – you just have to park a little slower.

Beautiful historic house renovated and modernized. Nothing negative to report, very large, excellent fixtures, excellent kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor space. If you want, you can walk out and visit the center of Acireale. Super helpful owners for anything. If the place isn't perfect for your needs, they'll do everything to fix it. 😁💪

This is my second time to stay here and I truly love it. Graziella and Alessandro are the perfect hosts and make you feel very welcome. They respond swiftly to all communication. We very much appreciated the bowl of lemons and white wine! Thank you both. The views are amazing and the balcony is the spot to be for the beautiful sunrises and breakfast. The walk up is steep but as others say, it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to others.

It was a wonderful holiday thanks to the hospitality of Giovanni and his cozy house with a cute garden from which you can admire Etna. The house is equipped with absolutely all necessary necessary for a comfortable stay. I would recommend having a car for rent, especially since you could always find a parking space near the house, which is very rare in Sicily. From here you can easily reach Taormina, Catania, Etna, Syracuse and even Palermo. Fondachello beach is a 5 minute drive away by car and we could even swim at that time. Close to many stores and good restaurants. I would recommend having small coins for parking in major cities. Many thanks to Giovanni for his hospitality and care!

The appartement was more than expected! The photos are already beautiful but in reality it is even better, we were stunned About the balcony and the rooftop with amazing vieuw! Every morning we had breakfast with sunrise. The night of Arrival we were very late, Giovanni made sure we had Some food and drinks. Very good host! Taormina is beautiful and has so many choiches in restaurants, bars and amazing stores. With just a few minutes of Walking you will be at the cable car wich lead to the beautiful beach isola bella. The appartement is very clean, great bathrooms and nice beds. Whe had an amazing stay here, 5 stars from us ✨

Casa Lionessa, the location and the communication with Chiara was above my expectations. The view from of the bay and Mt Etna from the sunny terrace both day and night was spectacular and being across the road from the gorgeous park and moments from restaurants, bars and the Bam Bar made this an ideal romantic holiday location. The support I received from Chiara when my lugguage was lost by the airline was amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

If you’re looking for a safe, secure, and spacious accommodation that feels isolated but is right next to everything you need to see in Taormina then you found the spot. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Sicilian coastline and neighboring Calabria. Beautiful pool, gardens, and easy access to the Main Street of Taormina. The place was stocked with supplies, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, some food, and a delicious bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Highly recommend for a first time visit to the area!

Antonino was a great host, the house is as described, equipped with every comfort. House on the ground floor not exposed to the sun so cool but equipped with heating. Great value.

This apartment looks newly refurbished and is a stone's throw from the main promenades of Taormina. In actual fact, in reality the apartment is bigger than than it looks in the listing photos. The bed was super comfy and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Also, all reasonable utensils for self catering, including a tea pot for British guests! A note, please make sure you hire a smaller car as this will be appropriate for the available parking and getting in and out of Taormina for excursions.
