Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Die Unterkunft The Tiing Villas war super. Stilistisch super schön und toll am Meer gelegen. Preisleistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr dreckig - speziell im Eingangsbereich vor dem Hotel. Es wäre schön wenn sich Hotels grundsätzlich auch um ihre Umgebung kümmern und Plastik einsammeln. Das Essen war wie bereits durch andere Kommentare beschrieben, nicht sonderlich gut. Wir sind gern ins benachbarte warung (Segara lestari) mit tollen frischen Produkten gegangen. Alles in allem ein schöner kurz Aufenthalt.

Great maid service! However location is’nt very good if you want to sleep before midnight. Check in instructions were unclear we ended up having to walk our luggage all the way to the second reception to pick up the key. Overall stay was 8/10

Very flexible and I was able to checkin early as requested. Clean, no clutter room and that view is to die for!!!! Cons: Shared bath/toilet. (Although I believe this was listed in the listing). Yes, u will hear the noises from the outside. Restaurant and people downstairs. So if you’re sensitive to noise, this isnt for you. I would love to stay again definitely when I go back to Uluwatu, Balangan Beach, Bali.

Stayed here for about two and a half weeks and it was EXACTLY what I was hoping to find in a single lady Bali experience. My girl cousin did end up meeting me there and as two young women we felt so safe and well cared for. The neighbors are so kind and beautiful, the hosts are so responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. It’s in an absolutely gorgeous area and the sunlight is beautiful all throughout the day. We slept so well. The bathtub was a favorite part, too, hot water anytime. It was like a little artist retreat for us, so much care provided a great place for us to tap into our creative selves again. We would’ve stayed longer if it would’ve been available, so 10/10 recommendation :-)

انه مكان رائع وسيدة المنزل والطاقم كانو جدا لطيفين ومتعاونين احسست وكأنني مع اسرتي لقد قدمو لابنتي الصغيرة سريرا والعاب وكانو جدا مهتمين براحتنا ان بيتهم جميل وهادئ انه قطعة من الجنة اود ان اشكرهم على حسن ضيافتهم وكرمهم وبكل تاكيد سوف ازورهم فالمرة القادمة

We absolutely loved our stay nestled in the heart of the jungle. It was peaceful, quiet, and truly felt like a hidden gem. The best part—it’s incredibly kid-friendly! Our baby had such a joyful time, exploring and playing around the space. The natural white noise from the nearby waterfall was incredibly soothing, making it perfect for both play and rest. The accommodation itself felt like a warm, welcoming home—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend for families or anyone seeking a serene, nature-filled escape.

Wonderful villa with peaceful garden and swimming pool. The host was very helpful and the staff looking after the villa are very nice people. The host was very responsive to messages and organised a driver from and to the airport, and one day to visit Ubud and Tegalalang. Highly recommend

Our two-day stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming us warmly and making us feel right at home throughout our visit. The level of service was exceptional—every request was handled promptly and with a smile. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a calm, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the comfort, exceeded our expectations. It was truly a memorable experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was exactly like the pictures actually even better in person. It was clean, spacious, and so peaceful. Our host greeted us warmly upon arrival and gave us a full tour of the villa, making us feel comfortable right away. Communication was excellent before and during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and always checked in to see if we needed anything. They truly went above and beyond, helping us arrange airport pickup, in-villa massages, and even breakfast at the villa, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location was perfect only about 10–15 minutes from all the shops and restaurants, with two local markets just up the street for anything we needed. Super convenient! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

As for the villa, its spaciousness was a delightful surprise, and the housekeeping team meticulously attended to every detail each time we stepped out, ensuring a pristine and organized retreat. Wo soll ich nur anfangen?! Mie war immer gut erreichbar und antwortete immer schnell. Sie gab uns auch ein paar Tipps. Abholung am Flughafen erfolgte durch Githa, super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mann! Im Haus erwarteten uns Jero und Angga, freundliche und immer lächelnde Hausdamen. Sie kochten für uns Frühstück und auf unser Wunsch Abendessen - hervorragend! Die Freundlichkeit der Menschen um uns herum hat dazu beigetragen dass wir uns wie daheim fühlten. Das Haus an sich liegt an einem Hang mit dem Ausblick auf den Dschungel - kein Wort kann dieses Gefühl beschreiben! Die Dschungelgeräusche nachts sind genauso wie ich es mit vorstellte! Herrlich! Bis Ubud Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Githa oder ein anderer Fahrer stehen immer zur Verfügung. Sie haben auch Tipps und sind offen wenn man Fragen hat.
