La casa è ad esclusiva disposizione degli ospiti ad eccezione di una camera, utilizzabile su richiesta. La casa rurale è situata in un terreno di 3 ettari, a pochi passi dal Santuario campestre di San Mauro e a circa 400 metri dal parco archeologico di "Biru e concas" con i famosi menhirs del 3.300 ac. La località, ricca di prati, boschi e vigneti, é l'ideale per godersi la natura e l'archeologia, anche con visite guidate, la cucina tradizionale accompagnata dagli ottimi vini locali.

Gli spazi sono dedicati alla fruizione comoda di un open space abitativo comunicante con uno spazio creativo di artigianato sardo e uno studio di architettura. Ampio appartamento di 120 mq nel centro storico di Cuglieri che affaccia sul corso principale, al secondo piano di un palazzo di famiglia degli agli anni '20. Troverete una casa antica che ha mantenuto gli arredi originari e lo spirito decò del tempo. Il palazzo fu in origine acquisito dal mio bisnonno e appartiene tuttora alla mia famiglia. Noi abitiamo al terzo piano (due adulti e una bambina) , mentre gli ospiti avranno a disposizione l'intero appartamento al secondo piano.

Camera da letto con un letto Matrimoniale alla francese e armadio con ante scorrevoli. Nel bagno è presente una doccia , sanitari sospesi, un Phon e una Lavasciuga. Un patio con giardino dove poter mangiare. In tutta la casa sono presenti le Zanzariere

Spacious Studio, lake view and bath

Cozy nest with bath, kitchenette and lake view. This room is part of a bigger guesthouse, but has independent access. In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.
