Hajar is a welcoming host, flexibility for entering the accommodation. We had a very relaxing week. The calm and the location are great. Quiet neighborhood. We also thank Mr. Lahcen for his responsiveness and kindness.

The bathroom features sleek white tiles with a marble effect. A modern vanity with storage is accompanied by a backlit mirror above the sink. Additional accessories, including a towel bar and a small waste bin, are neatly arranged within the space.

I had a fantastic stay at ! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Ali was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Mohamed and his father Yahya are great, friendly hosts. The accommodation was perfect, spacious and has a lot of amenities like fiber internet, iptv. The pool is really great and kids had the time of their lives! Anyway a great place which I recommend! A peaceful neighborhood

Location at the entrance of Saidia, at the national gendarmerie dam present days and nights. Secured villa with a gate and an agent available 24 hours a day to open and close the gate and monitor. The villa is very clean, cleaned after each visit as well as the pool. The owner, Bilal, can be reached at any time and answers any questions you may have. A problem? It will be fixed the same day, or even within the same hour! Really at the top! You can book without a second thought!

A sleek bar area is showcased, featuring high-top stools with black seats. Industrial-style pendant lights hang above the countertop, which is made of dark stone. A wall clock and minimalist decor complement the modern design atmosphere, brightened by natural lighting.

Omar provided us with a beautiful apartment with sea views and therefore a 5-minute walk to the beach which is very convenient. Parking and the neighborhood are secure. Very nice apartment with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Mohamed is very accommodating and understanding . The property is close to shops and all amenities. It is on the ground floor, convenient for people with reduced mobility. Would definitely stay again.

Very pleasant stay in this spacious and comfortable house. The whole family was delighted with this stay. The welcome was warm and the checkout was flexible. The air conditioning was very nice and the house is very well equipped. Both terraces have been perfect for relaxing after days at the beach. The location is ideal, close to the sea and in a friendly neighborhood. The house is also perfectly suitable for children, with a crib and games available. I highly recommend it!

Mr. Abdelghani is a very welcoming person. The apartment is well-equipped, very clean with a view of the pool in a quiet and secure residence. We felt like we were at home. The residence is well positioned not very far from the city center and a few small km from the seaside resort (Marina de Saidia). We are satisfied, and we surely plan to come back next time.

Abdelkrim is a just exceptional person!! Thanks for your attention, we were very touched! I highly recommend it!! we spent the night under the stars ( on the terrace), we leave with beautiful memories. Very clean space. Wonderful sea and mountain views😍 Manon returns in October Incha 'Allah with all her family, she hopes to be able to introduce them to the area. We will definitely be back!! Thank you 1000 times!!!

Rafik and his nephew Abdel Nacer were above our expectations, first of all Rafik was exceptionally kind, friendly, facilitator and accommodating from start to finish, exceptional host Ma Chaa Allah (May the Blessing of Allah be upon him) Then we were taken care of by his nephew Abdel Nacer, what to say: a pearl, a honey, a beautiful soul MA CHAA ALLAH, he took care of everything for us and each of our requests he was above the normal responsiveness, this as soon as we arrived he was waiting for us by moving where we were and took us step by step to the villa, and even that at one point we had no electric current, he did in 5 minutes in such a way that the electric current comes back and more, never again an outage MA CHAA ALLAH, he was looking for our news, it was like in real parents no doubt!! it's touching! The villa very quiet and adorable neighborhood, discreet smiling SUPER! MA CHAA ALLAH! THANKS!!!!

Very good stay, nice host, responsive and helpful. I would just recommend more dishes in the kitchen. For us it was not too annoying because we went out during the day but something to plan for future guests. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Fatiha is a super hostess and we are happy to rent this apartment. The apartment is flawless and very nice. It is pleasantly cool in the apartment. We had no problems finding the apartment. The balcony was very pleasant and we sunned there. It is in the immediate vicinity of the beach and there are many bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby. The surroundings of the apartment are also very pleasant and full of friendly people. We are very grateful and look forward to coming back.

Accommodation as described and very comfortable. Friendly and very responsive host Undisputed cleanliness of the accommodation Ms. Khelifi often cared about our well-being and our settling in (it's appreciated). Proactive and helpful communication. Excellent value for money. In short, if you want to spend a guided stay in Morocco without going through a travel agency, in 3-star accommodation at the price of a budget hotel, in a seaside resort with beautiful beaches (less so for the surroundings), then you've come to the right place. So I would recommend this host.
