For a booking of 2 adults or more, you will have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: If you book for 1 person, you have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But very maybe you have to share the bathroom and separate toilet.

Our lovely bright house is really a place to unwind! For example, in the green, flowery south-facing garden with various seating areas to enjoy the sun or the shade. Or just warm inside the living room with enough seating/corners to plop down. In the spacious kitchen you can cook to your heart's content and the bathroom has a walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub. And all this within walking distance of the heart of the city center of Den Bosch!

Thank you two! I had a very excellent stay with you :) The bed is more suitable for a single person: I am 1.70m and had to lie across it. Except for the bed, there is not much in the trailer, a kettle and a few drinks. Everything you need. Sanitary facilities easy to reach and very clean. Highly recommend! :)

Excellent accommodation, very good location, and Derek is very attentive, responds quickly and the check-in instructions are very clear.

Fantastic cottage, with all the comforts. The garden is lovely for children to play in or to just read a book in the sun. The cottage is tastefully decorated, everything is just right. Small but nice! The cottage is located in a nice area with nature, a petting zoo with playground around the corner and nice places (including Den Bosch) nearby. In Rosmalen (8 min by car) you will find a giant playground and a nice indoor swimming pool. So highly recommended. We will definitely come back!! The Efteling is 25 minutes away

Cool experience, something different. You have to be aware that a houseboat is not comparable to a chalet or the like. With 8 people, it is tight, but absolutely suitable. We rented boats in the harbor and had a great time.
