Here you live near the sea with a beach (400 meters) and hiking areas along the coast and in the forest. Our new (2019) and nice guest house at cozy Södra Näs. Here you live on 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You walk in a couple of minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking everyday or partying. In addition to toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined laundry and dryer. New patio (2020) with tables, chairs and ability to barbeque.

Hos oss får du nybäddade sängar och handdukar samt badkappor. Nästan som på hotell! Har du barn som ska bo här så finns barnstol och resebarnsäng att tillgå.

It takes about 10 minutes to Skrea Beach/Fbg city center or 30 minutes to Varberg , Halmstad or the shopping at Gekås in Ullared. Beläget i ett lugnt område omgärdad av bostäder, lekplats, pizzeria, skola, parkering, kontor med gångavstånd till centrum där det finns massor av mysiga restauranger och affärer samt till stränder med fina bad. Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.

This apartment is located in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Proximity to center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 min walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be utilized, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, there is a special need for something more, so we are guaranteed to solve this. It can be a bit responsive though, because it's an old house.
