This charming studio has been newly renovated, conceived and designed to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere while located in a unique part in the heart of city center. All the major attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and bars are around the corner (5-10 min walk to Opera, Cascade, Republic square etc.). I am an experienced host and will do my best to make sure my guests enjoy their stay and feel as if they are at their own home or in a quality hotel!

This apartment has all the amendments to make you feel like home. It is located on Garegin Nzdeh square, which you can see from the balcony. 2 min walk to metro station, from where you can go safely and super fast to City center in 10 min, avoiding traffic and high-cost taxis. Location is very safe, surrounded by numerous shops and supermarkets. Also, nearby are some major hospitals (for medical tourism).

Ralph’s place was located in the heart of the city! Clean and the actual room matched on whats being posted. He assisted us from the moment we arrived and even allowed to check out late. We look forward to coming back in Yerevan and will definitely recommend Ralph’s pad.

Very good house in a luxury place

We had a great time in this lovely and spacious villa! The house is big, clean and equiped with everything you need. Each bedroom has air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had good night rests, although some of us would have peferred darker curtains. Especially the garden is amazing, with different seating possibilities, a pool (not yet accessible during our stay) and beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Guests share the garden (and the entrance hall) with the home owners, which means that renovations/garden work may take place during your stay. The host is very kind and welcoming, will help you with anything and responds to questions within no time. She prepares delicious meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great! We absolutely recommend this house.

Communication in Nara was very easy, she explained to the taxi driver herself how to get there, and even answered messages very late at night. Recommended for change at Yerevan Airport

The apartment matched the photos, good mattresses and pillows, new linens. Shops, pharmacy, fruit shops are within a walking distance. The apartment is comfortable for living, there is everything you need to cook, spacious. If you need this location, it is not touristy, the apartment is quite suitable. During our visit, the elevator was not working, the apartment is on the 6th floor. Please clarify if this is critical.

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

The place is in a very good location. The bed is comfortable. David allowed us to check in in the morning, as our plane arrived at dawn. David always responded quickly. I recommend the accommodation with a good heart
