In 1279, the treaty of Amiens delivers Agenais to the English, where the need to set watchtowers on both sides of theborder. The Château du Déhès was a tower that allowed you to watch the border. Furnished in the 19thcentury as a dwelling, it enjoys all the comfort (without an elevator however) .Eu of guard towers have been converted into a residence which makes it quite unique You will have a 2.2 hectare park, with swimming pool and badminton. In 1279, the treatise of Amiens delivers the Agenais to the English, hence the need to establish watchtowers on either side of the border. The Tour du Déhes was used to monitor the border. Designed in the 19thcentury in housing, it enjoys all comfort... but does not have an elevator. So you have to go up two floors to access the room that offers a nice view on the park, and the surrounding countryside
