3-minute walk from the train station. Bush right next to the house. 5 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 30-minute drive to the legendary Nürburgring. Koblenz offers a vibrant nightlife and is also less than 30 minutes away by car. (Bus and train run directly from Mayen.) The apartment is centrally located yet quiet and is approximately 95 square meters. "Else's Stübchen" is a newly created small apartment for a cozy overnight stay. On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
