Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Georgetown

Such a relaxing place. Andrea saved us when our other AirBnb fell through! Far enough from the hustle of Austin but close enough to go right into town!

Kevin was super responsive and accommodating. The house is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. We were allowed to enter the home early to drop off luggage and met the professional cleaning staff that was preparing the house for us. Amazing stay overall. Only thing is to just be aware that the location will require you to have a car or call car services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) as it is not within walking distance to anything, which Kevin had shared with us prior to our booking so we were aware. Thanks for a great stay!

The home was clean and well organized and the hosts were very helpful. They even bought us rain ponchos when the weather called for rain during the weekend of our stay.

We loved our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. James was a responsive and helpful host. We experienced a minor kitchen drain issue, but with it being a holiday weekend, he stayed in touch and we found an easy workaround—it didn’t impact our plans at all. We spent a relaxing weekend lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful space. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!

He really shows interest in their guests having a perfect experiencel We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It is well decorated and well maintained, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. There are many amenities to entertain your group, and the backyard is such a treat. Loved my stay at James’ place, I live pretty local so it was a nice midweek getaway to downtown, lots of great places to eat nearby and the backyard was an amazing hang out spot. Definitely recommend if you’re in the downtown Austin area!

We were looking for a place to relax away from our routines and closer to downtown for my husband's birthday and Dylan's place was it. We are grateful for Dylan letting us stay at the home. it's located in a calm, safe, quiet neighborhood, couple minutes drive to Zilker park. You get to share a wall with a neighbor but still have so much quiet and privacy. The home was very very clean, beautifully decorated, functional and very peaceful. Check in and out was clear and simple. We locked ourselves out mistakenly but Dylan was able to help us get back in seamlessly. We slept well, definitely enjoyed the hot tub and played mini golf. We loved our staycation and we would definitely come back again!

The home was a perfect place to get away from the city. It was quiet and very spacious with the comfort of enjoying a family weekend. Danielle and her husband are great hosts and answered any question needed. Only thing I didn't like is I couldn't stay longer due to work haha. I will be getting this place again for an actual vacation with longer time to relax. My mother loved it and the hot tub was her favorite spot. Danielle look for me going to your place again and I thank you personally for you and your husband hospitality.

We had to book a new place last minute after an issue with another booking, and Brett was quickly responsive, the place was beautiful, and the group had a great time. We had one minor issue with the jacuzzi filter, and Brett sent someone to address it within hours of us messaging him. Great place!

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

What really stood out, though, was the communication—friendly, helpful, and responsive, which is surprisingly rare these days. Huge thank you to the hosts for making everything so easy. This house was the perfect place for my family to enjoy a few days away from home. The backyard made us feel like we were in a resort far away, even though we were close to home in Georgetown. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, and Rhonda was an excellent and communicative host. The only problem for me, which I think might be a consideration for some others, is that there are steps in many locations on the first floor. Because I recently had eye surgery, I had to be extra-careful to make sure I didn't miss a step. We also didn't notice in the pictures that the second bedroom downstairs has French doors, so privacy was an issue there. It was still a great experience in a beautiful house.

Amazing amazing rental! We were so happy with our stay. So many things are available to do: lake activities, beautiful views, cozy and welcoming studio, patio deck with a hot tub, fire pit. It exceeded my expectations from the pictures. The walk from the room to the lake was beautiful and kept us active. The patio was private with a beautiful view and we absolutely loved the outside shower. The dock area was awesome with boats to sit on, kayaks with lots of life jackets, and a dock that you can access the water from. The value for the price is honestly unbeatable, there are so many things to do and the area is gorgeous. The hosts were INCREDIBLY accommodating to us and kind and were super easy to get a hold of with whatever we needed. They really went above and beyond. Kelly also gave us all the directions and instructions in a timely manner, we had no problems the entire stay. We would love to revisit! We had an amazing time. Thank you so much Kelly!!

We enjoyed a delightful Mother’s Day weekend at the cabin. Responsive host that quickly accommodated for a check in snafu. Cabin is exactly as described, perfectly located to access everything Dripping Springs has to offer, and our daughters loved swimming in the hot tub and pool. Definitely on our list to stay again!

Perfect little weekend getaway! House is private and clean. My wife and I love these little cottages where we can get out of town for a vacation and just...do as little as possible. The mattress is fantastic. I always fret a bit when trying a new place that I'll end up sleeping horribly due to a mattress that's been skimped on. Not here. We slept like babies every night. I also had a chance to meet the host one afternoon. She was very friendly and we had a great little chat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and get away from the Rat Race.

Lisa was a wonderful host and has designed every aspect of the house to be a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Everything you’d want and nothing you don’t. Very clean and thoughtfully designed, it is the perfect place for a long weekend away. We’re sure to be back!

Please improve the check instructions for people like me, suggest: Self check in with lockbox. Code will be sent via email/ text. This would have avoided the one small issue we had. As soon as the booking is approved if it were my rental, code would be sent in the app, via text and email, which eliminates any plausible deniability. Loved this little place. Mini splits are very quiet! Blake appreciated all feedback we had to make the stay better for others. I loved that all the switches were marked! Additionally note parking in front of property

The home was absolutely amazing! Everything clean and in order upon arrival. The home is really spacious for a small group. The balcony view of the lake was epic. The only thing I would have to complain about is the water pressure inside of the home was hit or miss. The guest bathrooms shower pretty much didn’t work. Besides that my experience at this was great and I would totally recommend someone staying here when visiting lake Travis or the Austin area..
