Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Georges River Council

I must admit that my first thought about Azur’s listing was that it looked too good to be true, especially having only a few reviews & being a host for such a short time. However, it was one of the few remaining listings in the neighborhood of my wife’s family. We decided to take a chance, & went ahead & booked it. And, OMG, are we SO HAPPY that we did! In spite of perhaps little experience, Azur has been, by far, the best Air BnB host. His property is the most enjoyable & comfortable house we have ever stayed in. The house is more immaculate than it looks in the photos, more luxurious than the description, & by far, exceeds expectations of your usual Air BnB listing. Azur went above & beyond by offering to provide us w/ a special amenity, we needed, before we even arrived. He has also been the most proactive & responsive host to reply to all of our messages thru the app. If you want a TRUE 5-STAR EXPERIENCE through Air BnB, then this is the listing for you!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It’s hard to find such a spacious place in Sydney. It was big enough for our whole travel group. Highly recommended!

Great place, 15min walk to trains station. lots of free parking out front, easy to find place. very clean inside, 2 toilets with 1 being in modern bathroom. plenty of hot water. big kitchen. highly recommended for large groups.

Loved our stay here! The weather was miserable all weekend so we ended up indoors but it’s a beautiful home so we didn’t mind. The various living spaces was a huge help with sleeping babies on different schedules. Loved the style and decor, felt super cosy and had everything we needed. Thanks Wilkins!

A hidden gem and best Airbnb we have stayed at.. Stevens river house is immaculately presented with high-end appliances and furnishings plus a clean open plan layout. It was ideal for our family stay with enough bathrooms and beds to accommodate our 3 kids. This house is fully renovated with central ducted air conditioning to all rooms so it made for a very easy stay regardless of weather. The views were outstanding and this section of the Georges River was not very busy which made for a very peaceful and tranquil stay. We enjoyed fishing on the jetty and there were kayaks, paddle boards & fishing rods available. Bream & whiting caught every day. Bring your meat as the webber Q bbq is solid. Oatley is a quiet upmarket suburb with some nice restaurants in the area and a small shopping centre. Hurstville is 10 mins away with a large Westfield and multiple supermarket options. There’s also a woollies up the road in Mortdale. Steven is a gracious and helpful host who’s easy to deal with.

We had a lovely stay at this air BnB, it’s only 30 mins on the train to the central of Sydney and very easy to do. The place was lovely and had everything we needed. Glen was very accommodating with our extra guest and late checkout. Everything was great, thank you very much :)

I recently had a wonderful stay in Joanathns apartment at Rockdale, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the railway station, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering a variety of great dining options. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it was a fun and stress-free experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rockdale.

We had a wonderful stay. Claire was a great host and very responsive. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very usable. It had great air conditioning and views of Sydney and distant views of the ocean. The railway station is right outside the front door of the building but being on the 10th floor, it is was remarkably quiet. Fantastic location - 1 minute walk to the supermarket, 3 minute walk to Westfield and 20 minute train trip to the city. If you are parking in the basement, it is vital you follow the check-in instructions supplied as only one lift will take you to your apartment. If you go to the wrong lift, it is possible you can get stuck in the lift as it will not operate with the fob provided. We learnt the hard way. We would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Sydney, and we would be more than happy to stay here again!

Convenient location to walk to Westfield. Two flights of stairs to go up.The room is a bit vintage feel but clean and tidy.Sunlight allows access to the house, lots of light, which is good. Occasionally an infestation🪳, but acceptable. Sound insulation is poor but acceptable. The owner was very responsive and polite. Check-in time is flexible. Would recommend staying.

The property had everything we needed and fully matched the descriptions, being modern and generally well equipped. Kate was a really responsive and helpful host. Como is a beautiful location, and the property is within 15 minutes walk of the station, though you would ideally want a car to get around the area. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great place for a short stay, close to amenities and public transport only downside may be that it is a little noisy as location is on a main road but you do get used to traffic noise after a few days.

I never heard of Padstow before coming to Amy's place but wow, what a hidden gem of a place this is. A lovely Sydney Suburban feel with lots of green space nearby, transport, amenities - exactly as described on the listing and more. It felt very safe around here. The apartment itself was exactly as described. In fact, it exceeded expectations. My favourite part was the balcony which is HUGE! Whether you do Yoga on a morning or want to work on your laptop overlooking the scenery from above, you feel as if you're in somewhere 1st class. The development appears new, it is private, quiet, safe, clean etc. I will be returning. Thanks for your incredible hosting & hospitality Amy.

Cozy, clean and well located apartment close to Sydney centre. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, parking. Amazing host. Great value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Waterloo! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, close to public transport, cafes, and supermarkets. Sonia was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It felt like a home away from home, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Incredibly lovely stay, Ryan is an awesome guy and helped me out when I locked myself out!! His place is close to the Faumos Sydney Frango chicken shop!! It’s also incredibly close to the station which is the secret to Sydney navigation!

From beginning to end, this was genuinely the best Air BnB experience I have ever had! The host was so helpful every step of the way, all the instructions were clear and made the experience so much easier. Whilst staying here I felt like a guest at a friend’s home, not a stranger staying in a strange place. Everything was neat, clean, and tidy. Really comfortable and very accomodating. Walking through the neighbourhood made me want to move there, and I look forward to an excuse to book in again in the near future. The parks, restaurants, and overall vibe of the area makes for a wonderful place to be, and I genuinely envy the people that live there. This place is the place to stay if you need an air BnB in Zetland, take my word for it and thank yourself later. Huge thanks to the host. Just wow.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. We had people in our party who were able to go for a swim, others who enjoyed a stroll through the Cronulla shops. There are great restaurants close by and we all enjoyed the view from the dining window of the beach and the street life below.
