This was a great place to stay and Elizabeth was a helpful and responsive host - especially when my son locked himself out of the apartment!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The interior of the place is well-equipped, modern, super comfy. The location is also perfect, with easy access to transportation. I am seeing a doctor at St George Hostiptal, and this is a right place to stay. The host was friendly and responsive. Would love to stay here again next time!

The location was absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the train station, Westfield, great food spots, and everything else we needed. The space itself was beautiful and comfortable, and Alice was an incredibly thoughtful and supportive host throughout our entire stay. Even when we faced a stressful situation with one of our friends getting lost in the city, Alice was just as concerned as we were. She showed genuine care and kindness, and even offered to extend our stay at the last minute — after we had already extended it once the week before and requested a later check out time! Although it took a long time and hard to find a place to open the door for the first time, the host responded very well to the lack of process after that. The condition of the house was quite good, and it was a peaceful house where family of four could live quietly with free parking in the building. And when a problem occurred, the host actively intervened and tried to solve it, and it was actually solved well. I'm going to have a good experience. Thank you!

100% recommend, Allen is a friendly and responsive host, making my stay easy and enjoyable. The room was big, air conditioned and the bed was comfortable. The house is just a 5 minute walk (max) to Carlton train station, and less than 30 mins to Sydney CBD.

Our stay in Kyle Bay was the highlight of our trip. The entire home is absolutely stunning and the amenities are plentiful. Our only wish was that we stayed our entire trip at this property. It's proximity to the city, and all the fun things to do south of Sydney, really make this the perfect location. The home is beyond what you could ask for and the hosts were flexible and responsive. We cannot wait to book this property the next time we visit.

What an awesome location! Right next to a beautiful park, a beach, a cafe and beautiful woods..with one of the most incredible playground for kids. The kitchen and lounge room are spacious and equipped. No tv, but that didn't matter to us. A modest bedroom. Overall, a positive experience! Thank you🌱

We had a wonderful family stay at 2 Percival Street, Penshurst. The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with easy access to shops, public transport, and local attractions. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and homely stay in Sydney!

Loved our stay here! The weather was miserable all weekend so we ended up indoors but it’s a beautiful home so we didn’t mind. The various living spaces was a huge help with sleeping babies on different schedules. Loved the style and decor, felt super cosy and had everything we needed. Thanks Wilkins!

Both excellent hosts and I felt at home straight away, Aurel was mainly there and he was super chill and helpful with any queries on the local area. Milo the dog was great company too!

Simply amazing place. Beautifully furnished and decorated, it felt like home straight away. The most comfortable beds ever with quailty bed linen and towels. The area is very calm and quiet with beautiful surroundings nearby. Stay was very nice and we enjoyed it very well. Everything was similar as we saw the pictures when we were booking. Clean and tidy and well maintained. We recommend this place as it’s a nice place to book again.

Good location for our stay in Sydney. Easy access to building & included parking was a bonus!

Location was easy to find with the parking space being safe and secure. The area isn’t too far from the city! Everything was squeaky clean when entering which made the stay more comfortable. It was all just as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable, Wifi had a fast connection and the living room + balcony were cozy. Ivy was super responsive, friendly and thoughtful when I had an inquiry. She thought to check in on us before and after the stay. Checking in and checking out was very simply!

The check-in time was very flexible, and most importantly, the location was excellent. There was a Woolworths nearby, along with great restaurants, a train station, and it was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend this place.
