Private suite vacation rentals in George Town

I usually stay here once I get to Penang Island because it is a quiet place, the location is good and easy to find, and the owner is really nice. Additionally, the prices are fair, and I suggest it to everyone.

The host is very nice ~ The homestay is the same as the pictures, very comfortable for one person, not very crowded.The host and his family are very concerned about my trip, and we have a very pleasant interaction and communication.The room has very detailed strategies and guidance.The location is okay, it takes more than a kilometer to walk to the night market.The most enjoyable time is to pack delicious food and eat it in the air-conditioned B&B.There is no sense of insecurity when traveling alone. I like Penang very much. It is suitable for traveling alone. I will come back again in the future!!

Nice place to stay when you are alone.

the place was very strategic and the common toilet is clean. the first floor is a convenient store so it’s very convenient if u want to buy something. We wanted an early check in which is made possible thanks to the staff.

I had a great stay here overall! The location is right at the heart of Georgetown. You can walk anywhere you want to go. You are minutes away from the street arts, hawkers, jetties, Little India and more. It’s obviously not a place where you can spend time during the day. Like the other comments mentioned, no windows. However, I was there for a few days and didn’t have the intention to spend indoors anyways. I even did some work at night and it was very comfortable. Good internet speed. The host was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking to spend most of your time outside anyways. It’s actually great that there’s no windows because you get a really dark room for a comfortable sleep.

In a very central location . Great little units perfect for me as a solo traveller.

Guesthouse vibes but with extra big room! Bathtub got hot water, shower also got hot water, plus extra chair inside. Squeegee provided, so bathroom always dry—extra points for that. Everything as per pic, except the TV—bigger than expected, which was a nice surprise! WiFi only had issue once, but host fast settle by resetting router. Auntie & Uncle (host’s parents) super welcoming, really make the place feel homey. Best part? They let check-in early & check-out late based on bus schedule—seriously accommodating! Laundry service also available, pickup & drop-off fast. Area not so busy since it’s not really in the center of town, so peaceful & quiet. Grab is better here since Penang got a lot of one-way roads. I even canceled my plan to rent a bike—driving in Penang is quite a challenge to navigate & drive. Theres some minor things to improve but all these just small things. Overall, great stay. Would def come again!

Check in and out is easy and quick, the room is beautifully designed, it is very close to USM, many places to eat and eat nearby
