Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Gentilly, New Orleans

The duplex was very nice. It was decorated with local art and furnishings that really went well with the New Orleans vibe. The kitchen was really well stocked with all cooking and eating tools you would ever need and there were even some beverages, spices, and milk (oat milk and regular!!). We really appreciated that toiletries were all included as well as plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The bed and furniture were comfy. Olandra was very good with communication, recommendations, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

Great location, great price. Beautiful place,plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. Near downtown attractions, quiet neighborhood. Would totally book again.

Aimee and Klass have the perfect spot for your NOLA trip. The space is large, open and comfortable. It was a great place to hang out after a busy day as well as great for taking a break between excursions. The space was impeccable and had everything we needed! The location is top notch, too! There are tons of local shops and cafes in walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Aimee and Klass were the friendliest hosts, always reaching out to make sure we were having a great stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in New Orleans.

We enjoyed our stay -this is a safe, quiet location and a clean comfortable property. We had coffee on the front porch swing and backyard while our son was sleeping, the amenities are stocked just right, and Christina was a friendly accommodating host. We’d come back again. Highly recommend. The only issue to know about is the layout, where 1 bedroom must walk through the other bedroom to get to the bathroom…if you don’t mind that.

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb, so we weren't sure what to expect. Ray's place was amazing! It was very inviting and cozy. We're used to hotels - you know, the kind where doors are slammed, you got kids running up and down the halls screaming and it's impossible to sleep in. That was not an issue at Ray's. The neighborhood was very diverse and quiet, and sleeping in a little wasn't an issue. When we were looking for recommendations for food, he sent over a list and when we left some items behind, he kindly called and let us know. We can't wait to visit NoLa again and if available, rent Ray's place! Our only concern is that we're gonna be let down at any future Airbnb's because our experience with Ray was just that good! Do yourself and book with him! And if you do, tell him we sent you!

Incredibly cozy home and provided alot of welcoming complimentaries! Highly recommend! Very clean and has all the essentials. Host was responsive, lovely and helpful! I hope to be back one day!!

Really enjoyed staying here. It’s a perfect location between the Bywater and the French Quarter, so great for exploring those neighborhoods. The unit was impeccably clean, well stocked, and very hip. Would absolutely stay again.

I had such a lovely stay at Kate and Robert’s place! Great location close to everything. Went to Honey’s for coffee every morning which is 2 blocks away. I checked in in the middle of a downpour and Robert came out and met me with an umbrella and helped me inside — he was so sweet! The apartment is really cute and the bed was so comfortable! Highly recommend ♥️

We loved this place - it was clean, had everything we needed, and our hosts were warm, generous and responsive. The house layout is great, with gorgeous high ceilings and a balcony to people watch into the small hours. On top of that, it’s in a fantastic neighborhood, with so much life around every corner. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Don’s place. The unit looks and feels nicer than the pictures, and Don was excellent at communication anytime we had questions or requests. I also want to note how comfortable the bed is - definitely stood out from all the AirBnB spots we’ve stayed at. We would definitely come back!

Joe was the most genuine and kind host I think I have ever had. Paul too!!! The home was stunning and cozy, always cool after a long walk around the city. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood never felt uncomfortable for even a second. We even had a moment of panic on our last night when we couldn't find our key (we did end up finding it.. phew) and Joe was helpful and understanding at a late hour. My only regret is not taking the chance to get to know the neighbors better!! Thank you again for being our home away from home for our honeymoon!!! Love - The Niedzinski Family

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

This was our second time staying in Joseph's place, and we would definitely stay there again. We love the location on Esplanade, which is an easy walk to either the French Quarter or Frenchman Street. There's a 24-hour bodega right next door that is well-stocked and friendly. Joseph offers a parking pass which makes all the difference for people like us who love the option of having a car to explore other parts of the City. The condo was comfortable and pretty, with the extra bonus of a balcony overlooking Esplanade. This is a second-floor unit so there are stairs to the entrance; there are also stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, but there's a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. We're both used to stairs so it didn't bother us a bit. In all, we highly recommend Joseph as a host and his condo as an excellent choice for an Airbnb.

This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.

We loved our stay at The Natchez! We had 5 small kids so the pool and outdoor area were a big plus! Walkable to everything we did during our stay and surrounded by lots of good restaurants. Will definitely be back.
