Hi, i am renting my 65 m2 flat. It's a brand new flat in a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. I have a portable crib for babies and a baby chair. It's a two bedroom duplex with a living room, a kitchen and a terrasse ( 35sqm ) on 1st floor floor, and two bedrooms on the 2nd. There are no neighbors upstairs so it is very calm. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom and a very comfortable foldable sofa in the other. RER B is 100m away from the flat and is a very convenient line.

It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
