We offer amazing amenities like plush bed & linens, array of coffee and teas and goodies, 50" flat screen smart tv for watching movies. Beautiful bath equipped with everything, including homemade salt scrub. A secure, separate entrance to come & go. Note: It is a basement space so ceilings are lower than average home, especially in the bathroom. We do not offer a kitchen.

Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Feel free to trolley my 2 kayaks over to the launch just a couple blocks away. Walk to the farmer’s market for fresh food to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen.
