Look east for an enchanting view of SUNY Geneseo or west for one of our famous sunsets. You are surrounded by fertile fields and a wide open sky. Five horses right outside your window add to the magic of it all. Just 1 mile from Main St and the college, on a private drive right off Rt. 63.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Grab a cup of coffee and tour SUNY Geneseo if you're a future student or alumni, this location is fantastic. Less then 10 miles to letchworth state park and 5 to Conesus Lake.
