We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and inviting cabin! The space felt very warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Keri was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The cabin had more beds than we expected—a great surprise for our group! There were two rooms with two queen beds each, plus three bunk beds and a king bed upstairs, offering plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Highly recommend this place for families or larger groups looking for comfort and a peaceful setting.

We had our amazing mother’s 75th bday party at the house. So there was family coming and going over the 3 days . This house was a perfect setup. A play area for the kids/teens, a lot of places to getaway if you needed some quiet time or a nap. The view was beautiful. I enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck. Dean was very nice and helpful if I had a question. The house when we first walked in was very clean, neat and smelled amazing. The beds were very comfortable! Great water pressure in the showers. Having 2 cabins side by side was actually fun. We had the fun house and the relaxing house as we put it. We were able to get to stores and downtown Ellicottville in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this rental.

Me and my friend stayed here for the weekend for a quick getaway place was very peaceful and in good distance of all the activities we wanted to do. very remote and away from everything lots of property and fucn things to look at on it by itself!

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

Had a great stay!! The house and location was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the house very much, especially the pool game room and the wood burning fireplace. We would absolutely stay again!!
