House vacation rentals in Genesee County

Appreciated the attention to details, especially the needs of young children staying over - they had age appropriate games, plates & utensils, high chair, pack & play. Nothing was missed. The house was cozy and had plenty of functional space. We would have loved to utilize the pool area in the backyard, if visiting in warmer months!

The house was conveniently laid out for our family group. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We had a 10 month old with us so the high chair and crib were much appreciated. Door Dash found the house easily too

A really wonderful find just outside of Rochester (around 2 hours away from Ithaca, Niagara Falls, Buffalo, or the NYS Fair). The house and pool were wonderful, with really comfortable beds, a large living room, a full kitchen, and a great backyard. Sergey was wonderful from start to finish. He made sure the pool was cleaned every morning, answered all of our questions, and was just overall very friendly. Our group of 6 felt right at home. Would love to return at some point in the future!

We stayed here for roughly 3 weeks. Absolutely loved it beautiful old historical home. kitchen was awesome. Everything was comfortable. We definitely stay here again.

Excellent location on a quiet street in Snyder. Haley was very responsive and check-in was very easy. House has everything you need for a short trip, appointed kitchen, towels, linens, paper products. This house is a split level as advertised, note that it is difficult to corral toddlers from the many steps in the house. Great backyard for dogs, enjoyed our stay.

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy lake cottage! It was perfect for our party of 9 and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Our family (including our two dogs) had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spreading out. The location was ideal—peaceful neighborhood with convenience to the event we are attending, shopping centers, and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond and offer helpful information. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Wow, just wow. I lived in this region for 20 years before moving away and I never thought a house like this existed. The view from the home is remarkable, and the house itself is a sight to see; everyone that stayed in the home during the trip could not stop singing its praise. The rooms are all very inviting, as were the gathering spaces. There is a ton of fun to be had in the basement level, where an arcade, wet bar, table games, and home theater await you. Watching some of our favorite sporting events together comfortably in the theater was truly a memory-making experience and when I return for another trip to the area, I'm hoping I can stay here once more, because it really was special.

We have stayed at Johnny's place on 2 occasions. Both sad to say were for returning home for deaths in the family. Johnny made everything easy so we could concentrate on the tasks at hand. Next time it will be for a golf outing at Terry Hills that is right in the back yard.

Joey’s place was great! It was clean and comfortable, and came as advertised. Joey is very friendly and made check-in a seamless experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone interested.

Got me speechless once I walked in. Has everything I ever dreamed of. I also love the fact that there were instructions for things, it helped a lot. Everything about the house I love it. Definitely going back I miss it already. The way the house is set up and styled is perfect. Had a blast and memorable days.

Linda and Phil were very accommodating and friendly! The place was very clean,cozy and stocked with everything you need for your stay i.e.: plenty of linens,toiletries,kitchenware,coffee and even sweets which is hard to say no to!!!;) Definitely felt like being home away from home!!!!

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .

Bruce’s spot is amazing! Exactly what we were looking for and close to town in a quiet location. We liked it so much we booked again right away! Bruce is the best as well— very accommodating!

Great location, love the ranch…we had family over for dinner, lots of room for everyone. Hopefully home will be available whenever we come to Batavia.
